Hi @jttriana86 , would it be possible to create a screen recording to show us what you are facing?
Also, do you have any caching plugin that is enabled for backend cache?
Do let us know. Thanks.
Hi @dawnrd , can you share a screenshot of the errors you see in the console when it gets stuck?
Also, does this happen with any form you try to import or just one?
Thanks.
@anshverma14 , no there is no limit. However, how many can be sent per hour will depend on your server and website resources.
We have tested with 10000 emails our various servers without any isssues.Hi @simeonb , did you activate the license key for the Integrations Addon?
If you did and still not working, then please reach us directly at support as this is a Pro feature.
This forum is to help the free users. Hope you understand.
Thanks.
Hi @sebastianalbert , as of now, this is not possible in a WordPress environment. Normally, having more than one SMTP creates a conflict.
And right now, Mail Mint is a self-hosted email marketing automation tool and it will use the default SMTP you have set up on your site.
Thanks.
Hi @staedeli , I visited the page you created using Elementor.
At the very bottom, you can see there are two buttons.
https://prnt.sc/Df2xNsWq-RdSAnd these are Next Step Buttons. This means the buttons do appear, but for some reason, they are not appearing in the right place.
Can you edit the page and try placing the Next Step Buttons in the right place again?
Once you place them, update the page, clear browser cache, and then check if they are in the right place when you view the page. (If you have a caching plugin, clear the cache from there as well.)
If that doesn’t work, then please create a screen recording of what you tried with the Next Step Button in the edit mode, along with the Widget settings on the left, and send it to us directly at support.
Thanks.
Hi @awerh , did you make any changes using the checkout field editor?
I can see when entering the Billing Address there is a field for “State/Country,” but it’s not the default field that WooCommerce has. Normally you get a drop-down to select the country.
For any physical products, you need to use the default address fields for it to work. The Shipping options are tied to that field.
I believe this is the reason the shipping options are not appearing. Please go to the Field Editor and enable the default field for Country/State and use it instead of the one you have used.
Let me know if it solves your issue.
Thanks.
