Hi @momossa , we are trying to recreate the issue about the borders. We will get back to you soon on this.
Meanwhile, can you try the following:
- Edit the funnel
- Go to the configure drawer for the checkout step
- Go to the Edit fields tab
- Here, in the Shipping fields tab, disable all fields.
- Then save changes.
Now, check if the checkout page asks for the shipping address. Do let us know the outcome.

Hi @marketera , you see, we plan to work on the funnel import/export feature within this quarter.
Right now, when you export a funnel page as a template, it will include the whole design, except our widgets/blocks.
When you import thin page design into a funnel page of another site, you have to manually add the widgets/blocks where necessary.
Plus, you have to make sure you have WPFunnels and the associated builder activated on the other site as well.
Hopefully, in the future, when we release the import/export feature, this will get much easier.

Meanwhile, for course creation, our plugin is already compatible with TutorLMS and LearnDash (along with the LearnDash WooCommerce addon).
We may work on LifterLMS support in the future.

Hi,
It seems that there’s a plugin conflict with the REHub Framework. If you disable the plugin REHub Framework, you will get all the WPFunnels widgets.
Can you please check?

Hi @niceman9908 , did you enable auto-update for WPFunnels? This will auto-update the basic plugin. For the pro, you should get the option to update on click.
About the support, we did not create any user portal for support. All support responses go via email. When we reply, you will receive it via email and you will be able to see the past history below.
You can identify it from the subject line. It will be the title you gave when reaching us or the subject line of the email you replied to.

There, click on Download System info and email it to us.
Once we take a look, we will look for a solution.
