Hi @danieleh,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
I’ve asked our developer team to re-investigate this notice. They’re currently working on releasing a patch and once that’s out, they’ll take another look into this.
Would you be able to share with me the WordPress and PHP version currently being used for your website?
Thanks so much!
Hi @ozvisemi,
Our team hasn’t made any changes but a patch is going out soon to resolve the reported issue. Please update ExactMetrics to the latest version once it’s been released to avoid further notices.
Thank you.
Hi @ozvisemi,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
Out of curiosity, could you share with me the following:
- PHP version
- ExactMetrics version
- WordPress version
I’ll be forwarding this issue to our developers to investigate and the above details will be a big help.
Thank you!
Hi @sampinha,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m so sorry for the trouble here.
I’ve asked our developers to re-investigate the notice. In the meantime, MonsterInsights shouldn’t be having that affect (save issues, missing images) on a website when active. Our team would love to better understand the conflict you’re experiencing.
Would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thank you.
Hi @biggdee58,

Hi @jongin20,
We’re truly grateful for your feedback and review! We hope you continue to have a 5-star experience.

Hi @abilitydesigns,
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
It’s not our intent to cause clutter. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by communicating the Pro version features because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
Additionally, MonsterInsights aims to add as little overhead as possible on the frontend for your visitors.
We load the Google Analytics script directly from Google because it’s usually cached in your visitors’ browsers, as it’s used on millions of sites.
Besides that, our frontend tracking features script is optimized and very specific tracking functionality is only loaded where needed.
We really appreciate you for giving us a try and if you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.
Thank you!
Hi @septim,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve encountered an issue while trying to get started with MonsterInsights.
It’s not our intent to cause clutter with the the recommended plugins. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by suggesting plugins that we integrate with directly for more reporting features, as well as communicating Pro version features, because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use our suggested plugins, you’ll be able to either deselect them for installation in the Setup Wizard under the Add Recommended Plugins To My Website option, skip that step entirely by clicking on Skip for Now, or if you decide after completing the setup wizard to not use them, you’ll be able to remove them like other WordPress plugins.
When you connect MonsterInsights to your Google Analytics property, we only ask for the permissions needed to work seamlessly with your Google Analytics property. For details, please see our guide here: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/google-permissions-for-oauth/
Similar to other apps using standard Google sign-in, this connection can be managed through your Google account settings anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/connections
Our team would love the opportunity to take a closer look at why the setup wizard seems to get stuck, to see if we can offer any assistance from our end or point you in the right direction.
If you decide to continue using MonsterInsights and still run into this issue, could you reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/?
Thank you.
Hi @harald-geisler,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I apologize for the frustration here.
It’s not our intent to cause confusion. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by suggesting plugins that we integrate with directly, as well as communicating Pro version features, because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
While in step 3 of 5 (in the Which UserFeedback features would you like to enable? page), you’ll be able to see text indicating This will install… if those suggested plugins are selected. If you would prefer to not use our suggested plugins, you’ll be able to deselect them for installation in the Setup Wizard.
Or if you decide after completing the setup wizard to not use them, you’ll be able to remove them like other WordPress plugins.
With UserFeedback Lite, you’ll be able to create and manage surveys to gather valuable feedback from your website visitors without any coding skills:
- Launch your first survey right away using four different question types (including star ratings, and checkboxes)
- Or choose from 5 readily available templates
- Create as many surveys as you need, or ask as many questions as you want
- View feedback and results in your WordPress dashboard
- Embed surveys using shortcodes
To learn more about UserFeedback Lite and its features, here’s a guide you can check out: https://www.userfeedback.com/unlimited-userfeedback-free-trial/
We really appreciate you for giving us a try and if you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.
Thank you.
Hi @carvets09,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m so sorry, but I’m not quite sure if I understand your question. I’d love to learn more about how I can be of help.
Could you clarify what kind of issue you’re having with ExactMetrics and Google Analytics? If you don’t mind sharing a screenshot, that would be a big help in better following along.
Thanks so much!
Hi @power2009,
Thanks for checking in.
After further investigation, our developer team has confirmed that a patch, like the one you mentioned, has already been released to address this issue. If you are still experiencing problems, it might be due to a plugin conflict or another configuration in your environment. Our team would be more than happy to take a closer look at this for you.
Would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/?
Thank you.
Since PDF export is part of the paid version of MonsterInsights, could you please drop us a line through our contact page if you haven’t already?

You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.
I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the ww.wp.xz.cn support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!
Hi @vladc-1,
Thanks for reaching out!
Here’s a code snippet you can use to disable the frontend tracking output:
define('MONSTERINSIGHTS_DISABLE_TRACKING', true); This will allow you to still connect MonsterInsights to your Google Analytics in order to view reports at Insights » Reports, while continuing to collect data through your current tracking implementation.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you!
