Here’s a code snippet you can use to disable the frontend tracking output:

define('MONSTERINSIGHTS_DISABLE_TRACKING', true);

This will allow you to still connect MonsterInsights to your Google Analytics in order to view reports at Insights » Reports, while continuing to collect data through your current tracking implementation.

Our team took another look at things and we noticed there are some console errors at https://cblcc.acf.hhs.gov/test/ that may be conflicting with UserFeedback scripts.

Would you be able to try resolving those errors and seeing if that helps with the UserFeedback survey via shortcode afterward?
