Thanks for reaching out! I’m so sorry for the trouble here.
Since you are using the paid version of MonsterInsights, if you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the MonsterInsights account dashboard when you have a chance?
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thank you!

Hi @dontwakeme,
Just quickly checking in as our team released a patch for an error relating to our Headline Analyzer. It’s not totally related here, but I was just wondering if you wouldn’t mind updating and letting me know if there are any changes or not.
If you continue to have issues, would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thanks!
Hi @dontwakeme,
Thanks for the follow up. I’m sorry for the continuing trouble here.
Out of curiosity, do you have any cache running on your website? Does clearing the cache help resolve the issue? If not, that’s helpful to know so I can rule it out as a cause with our team.
In the meantime, I did a quick test on my test WordPress site and the prompt doesn’t appear when I open and close the editor, or when I open or collapse the MonsterInsights meta box, but I’m continuing to try and recreate the issue. Will share an update as soon as I’m able to.
Thank you.
Hi @hkabla,
Thanks for the follow up. I’m sorry for the continuing trouble here.
Out of curiosity, do you have any cache running on your website? Does clearing the cache help resolve the error message?
If you continue to run into the same issues, are you able to provide the following details?
- WordPress version
- PHP version
- Any console errors appearing alongside that error message
Thank you!
Since it’s been a couple of days, and I also believe we may have an ongoing support ticket, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like for us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hi @dontwakeme,
Thanks for waiting!
We’ve released a fix for this issue, which is now available in the latest version of MonsterInsights. Please update the plugin for the patch to apply.
Since a patch has been released, I’ll go ahead and mark this post as resolved, but if you’d like more help with using MonsterInsights Lite, please feel free to reach out again.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
When I visited https://securevideo.com/features/ I was able to see the survey being embedded by shortcode here: https://a.supportally.com/i/A24L5H
If you are logged into your WordPress site as an Administrator, your UserFeedback survey will appear hidden when you browse your site, but it will load for all of your site visitors without issue.
Out of curiosity, does this survey appear for you while logged out, or does it stay hidden?
Thank you.
Hi @pacman94,
Thanks for reaching out.
The feature to customize the device targeting of a survey is available in our Targeting Addon, as part of our paid version (on top of our paid version adding other super handy survey features).
We’re unable to share details about paid version features here (ww.wp.xz.cn policy), but you’re welcome to reach out at http://userfeedback.com/contact/ and we’d be happy to share more about this.
I’m sorry we don’t have a way to do what you’re looking for in our free version, but I hope these details are helpful.
Thank you.
Hi @bluantinoo,
I’m sorry it didn’t feel clear! I appreciate your feedback and have forwarded it to our team. If you would like to share anything else, please feel welcome to let me know.
Thank you!
Hi @abdulazizsobh,
Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to display statistics for articles specific to the logged in user in our free version. In case it helps, our Page Insights addon, as part of our paid version, does offer a solution for this (on top of our paid version adding other super handy tracking features). We’re unable to share details about paid version features here (ww.wp.xz.cn policy), but you’re welcome to reach out at http://monsterinsights.com/contact/ and we’d be happy to share more about this.
I’m sorry we don’t have a way to do what you’re looking for in our free version, but I hope these details are helpful.
Thanks.
