Hi @royforyou,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
When I visit https://zenfitpulse.com/, I wasn’t able to see a UserFeedback survey appear for me. Out of curiosity, is the UserFeedback plugin disabled?
Typically, UserFeedback doesn’t affect posts, as it’s primarily for adding a survey to your WordPress site to make it easy to collect direct feedback from your site visitors.
We don’t currently have reports of a similar issue and I don’t quite have the expertise on why some WordPress posts are missing for your site suddenly, but out of curiosity, were the posts accidentally deleted somehow? Here’s a guide that might help recover these pages: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-recover-and-restore-deleted-pages-in-wordpress/
Also, I recommend clearing any cache and seeing if that helps with being able to view your missing posts.
Let me know how I can continue to help out.
Thank you.
Hi @pkimatt,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m so sorry for the trouble here.
We’ve had previous reports of UTMs getting stripped from URLs to help enable faster server-side caching by web hosts. We recommend reaching out to your host provider to see what options they offer in assisting with this, as they’ll have the expertise needed to make the adjustments for your website. For example:
- Disable caching.
- Disable caching for specific pages.
- Allow or whitelist UTM parameters so they’re not stripped.Â
In more recent versions of MonsterInsights, changes to our tracking support new features that help prevent Personally Identifying Information (PII), and other parameters if configured, from being sent to Google Analytics in compliance with privacy regulations and terms of service. To learn more, here’s our announcement post: https://www.monsterinsights.com/introducing-privacy-guard-keep-personal-info-out-of-google-analytics/
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you.
Hey @whistlepigsoftworks,
Sorry for missing this! It looks like the fix hasn’t yet been shipped, so I have added your vote to further help expedite this issue.
Thank you.
Hi @gdebojyoti,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
I’m sorry about our free version seeming not useful or feeling too limited. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by communicating the Pro version features, and suggesting plugins that we integrate with directly, because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use our suggested plugins, you’ll be able to either deselect them for installation in the Setup Wizard under the Add Recommended Plugins To My Website option, skip that step entirely by clicking on Skip for Now, or if you decide after completing the setup wizard to not use them, you’ll be able to remove them like other WordPress plugins.
With MonsterInsights Lite, you’re able to track and view critical site statistics (such as page views in the last 30 days, top posts and pages, etc) and automatically track the following custom events:
- Download link tracking
- Affiliate link tracking
- Outbound link tracking
- Telephone link tracking
- Email link tracking
- Custom link click events
To learn a bit more about our features, please click here.
We also include a monthly email summary report, alongside other useful tools like a headline analyzer, a UTM URL builder, a widget for displaying the most popular posts, to help increase site engagement. When making any changes to your site, you can also add a site note to help keep track of the impact it has on your analytics.
We really appreciate you for giving us a try and if you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.
Thank you.
Hi @pierreto,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
Although Google Analytics data does have processing delays, Google invests significant resources to filter out bots and ensure that your stats reflect real human visits and interactions, to provide a more in-depth insight into your website’s performance. To learn more, here’s a guide you can check out: https://www.monsterinsights.com/google-analytics-vs-jetpack-wordpress-stats-which-is-better/
Also, with Google Analytics, the timing of when data is available depends on the processing period and the report being viewed:
- Realtime reports process typically in less than 1 minute.
- Standard reports or cards can process as early as 30 minutes we’ve seen, but typically in 4-8 hours. However, Google allows for 24-48 hours of data processing which means during that time, data may change.
- Custom reports or custom explorations require at least 24 hours.
For more details, here is Google’s guide on data freshness: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11198161?hl=en
That all being said, if you happen to notice any issues with this, and you have an active license subscription with us, please feel welcome to submit a support ticket through the MonsterInsights account dashboard (if you haven’t already) and our support team will be happy to help rule out if there are any tracking issues.
Thank you.

Appreciate your feedback and review! 😊 We hope you keep enjoying MonsterInsights!

Hi @realdigitalmktg,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the delay here.
MonsterInsights proactively monitors if your Google Analytics is tracking correctly on your website after authentication. If any Google Analytics tracking code is detected (aside from MonsterInsights), we display a notice. Duplicate tracking codes may potentially skew your analytics data since MonsterInsights already inserts your tracking code for you.
When I visit https://www.jettmedicalstaffing.com, I see a couple of extra Google Analytics code snippets. Here’s an example: https://a.supportally.com/i/eQ1hws
If you’re able to remove any extra Google Analytics tracking code snippets from your websites, or disable other Google Analytics plugins, that will resolve the notices.
If you continue to have issues, or if you find the above doesn’t quite apply, please reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ and we’ll be happy to take a closer look at things.
Thank you!
Hi @didierd,
I’m so sorry for the trouble here. Please update UserFeedback to the latest version for the fix to apply.
If you need help removing the plugin or restoring access to your site before doing do, here are some guides you can follow:
Using Recovery Mode: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-use-wordpress-recovery-mode/
Manually deactivate a plugin: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Thank you.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I apologize for the delay here.
I consulted with our developers about this and they’ve let me know they’re planning to release the fix for this in our next patch release 🙂
I’m not able to say exactly when that’ll be, but once the update is released, please ensure ExactMetrics is updated to the latest version to apply the fix.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you!
Hi @jonathanc1,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here!
Out of curiosity, do you happen to have reports set to be disabled? To check this, please log into your WordPress admin and then navigate to Insights » Settings » Advanced and scroll down the find the Reports section. Here’s how it’ll look like: https://a.supportally.com/i/JTVYkV
If the reports are set to be Disabled here, then enabling them will allow you to view reports moving forward.
Though, if you’re not able to access the Insights » Settings page of MonsterInsights at all, then it’s likely your WordPress user role does not have the appropriate permissions to view reports or settings.
In that case, would you be able to reach out to the administrator of your WordPress site and have them adjust the settings at Insights » Settings » Advanced » Permissions to allow you to view reports? Here’s a guide they can follow: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/how-to-allow-user-roles-to-access-the-monsterinsights-reports-and-settings/
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks!
Hi @frdmsun,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. I’m so sorry for the delay here and for any frustration caused. I’ve been trying to investigate the issue raised here, to better understand what might be happening, as well as consult with our team about it.
Although we do try to provide as much value as possible to our users by showcasing per post or page tracking features (because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly), the MonsterInsights metabox in the Gutenberg Editor sits under the status & visibility metabox, meanwhile if using the Classic Editor it may appear at the top by default. The metaboxes in either editor are collapsible, and if using the Classic Editor, the metabox can be moved into a different position.
However, if something is appearing where it shouldn’t be, I’d love to better understand where. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate anything under the Advanced tab, but I realize I could be misunderstanding something. Would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ and share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? We’ll be happy to take a closer look at things for you.
Thanks so much!
