It sounds like there might be a JavaScript error when trying to load MonsterInsights reports, preventing the page from loading as expected.

Would you be able to help check this by sharing a screenshot of the page and what errors appear within the console of your browser?

Instead of the Inspect tab, please open the Console tab and then visit Insights » Reports to see the errors that appear for that page.
