You can find several shortcodes in your WordPress backend under Cookies > Consent > Legal shortcodes, with which your visitor can view the history of his consent, revoke his consent or – and this is what I think you are looking for – display the cookie banner again to change your consent.

danke für deine Mithilfe Real Cookie Banner mit neuen Übersetzungen besser zu machen.
Real Cookie Banner ist ein modernes WordPress-Plugin, dass auf eine Client-Server-Architektur setzt, die mittels der WP REST API miteinander spricht. Daher gibt es für Client und Server getrennte Übersetzungen in verschiedenen POT-Dateien. Leider kann translate.ww.wp.xz.cn unserer Kenntnis nach damit nicht umgehen, weshalb wir Übersetzungen aus diesem Tool nicht verwenden können. Deswegen werden die Übersetzungen von dir auch nicht von Real Cookie Banner angenommen.
Wir haben daher unser eigenes Continuous Localization System unter translate.devowl.io, an dem auch du (ohne Registrierung) teilnehmen kannst. Dort habe ich bereits die bislang von dir übersetzen Textbausteine in “German (formal)” importiert. Jedoch fehlt noch die Übersetzung des Server-Textbausteine (die translate.ww.wp.xz.cn nicht darstellen kann).

Hast du Lust die Übersetzungen hier noch zu ergänzen? Klicke dazu auf German (formal) > Translate und übersetze die offenen Textbausteine. Nach einem Qualitätscheck werden sie allen Nutzern von Real Cookie Banner bereitgestellt.
Sobald die Texte von dir oder uns (vsl. im November) vervollständigt werden, können sie in der nächsten Version von Real Cookie Banner verwendet werden. Du kannst nach der Vervollständigung gerne unter devowl.io/de/support ein privates Support-Ticket eröffnen und wir können dir bereits vor dessen Veröffentlichung die neue Version von Real Cookie Banner mit deinen Übersetzungen zusenden.
Übersetzungen in “German (Switzerland)” und “German (Switzerland, Informal)” möchten wir aktuell nicht anbieten (wenn die Website so eingestellt ist, würde “German” bzw. “German (Formal)” automatisch angezogen werden), um auch in Zukunft alle Textbausteine korrekt pflegen zu können. Von uns spricht keiner Schweizer-Deutsch. Ich hoffe auf dein Verständnis!
Danke nochmals für deine Mühe und Arbeit mit den Übersetzungen. Das ist eine große Hilfe für alle Real Cookie Banner Nutzer!

excellent idea. We have already conceptualized this feature (including further possibilities for customization) and have already scheduled it for one of the next Real Cookie Banner versions.
I’ll take the liberty to mark this ticket as solved, as I can’t help you with this for the moment. As soon as the feature is available in apex. in a few weeks, we will write here again to let you know.

Yes, this is normal. In our knowledge base at https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/real-cookie-banner-javascript-files-in-wp-content/ we have explained why these files are created. Real Cookie Banner automatically takes care of the cleanup.

Maybe it’s so simple that you missed it.
In your WordPress backend, go to Cookies > Services (Cookies) and create or edit a service. Inside the service configuration you will find the “Purpose” field where you can specify the purpose of the service. You can translate this text freely.
If you use a multilanguage WordPress plugin, follow these steps:

- TranslatePress: Simply translate the texts as usual in the TranslatePress Translation Editor.

korrekt, hier sollte A-Ads nachbessern, denn deren Crawler gibt sich als normaler Browser aus. Hier können wir von unserer Seite aus leider wenig für dich machen.

I am sorry to hear that you have issues with our plugin.
Can you please test what happens if you deactivate the Real Media Library plugin and then delete a file? Is the file still existing in your
wp-content/uploads/folder?If this is the case, the issue do not have some something to do with Real Media Library. Maybe your permission management on your webspace do not allow deleting files.

du kannst in den Access Logs deines Webserver normalerweise nachsehen, mit welchen Useragent deine Besucher auf deine Website zugreifen. Schaue dort am besten einmal nach!
Ein IP-Whitelisting ist nicht geplant, da dieses als Pre-Condition zur Anzeige des Cookie Banners einen REST API Call auslösen würde (oder die Konfiguration von Real Cookie Banner im HTML aufblähen würde), was das Anzeigen des Cookie Banners für deine Besucher verlangsamen würde. Außerdem nehmen viele Crawler nicht immer dieselbe IP- oder IP-Range her, weshalb dieses Feature nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar wäre. Crawler sollten sich – wie du ursprünglich bereits angenommen hast – er Useragent ausweisen.

Real Cookie Banner verwendet isbot, um Bots anhand dessen User-Agents zu erkennen. Unter isbot.js.org kannst den mit dem User-Agent deines Werbenetzwerks prüfen, ob dieses als Bot erkannt wird.
Falls es nicht als Bot erkannt wird, wie lautet der User-Agent von a-ads.com?

das benannte Problem tritt in der Regel auf, wenn du die WP REST API deines WordPress durch ein Security Plugin oder eine besondere Webserver-Konfiguration blockierst. Dadurch kann beim Speichern der Einwilligung diese nicht dokumentiert und sich folglich für nachfolgende Seitenaufrufe gemerkt werden. In unserer Wissensdatenbank unter https://devowl.io/de/wissensdatenbank/wordpress-rest-api-antwortet-nicht/ erläutern wir genauer, woran du das Problem erkennst und wie du es lösen kannst.

We must point out that the following statements do not constitute legal advice. Therefore, I can only give you evaluations from our intensive experience with the EU legal regulations in practice and a technical assessment of the situation.
Real Cookie Banner, of course, offers a reject all button, as it is legally required. It is enabled by default. It is labeled with the text “Continue without consent”.
Why is it not labeled “Reject all”? Services can be used on websites not only under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), but also under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Legitimate interest exists in very few cases, but if it does, the “reject all” would reject all services that require explicit consent. However, it would not exercise the right to object to services with a legitimate interest. We don’t want to mislead website visitors, which is why we don’t label the button “Reject all”, but instead make the legal effect clearer with the label “Continue without consent”.
However, you can change the button label at any time in the WordPress Customizer. Especially if you don’t use services according to legitimate interest, “Reject all” might be a more appropriate label.
