es tut mir leid, dass es auf deiner Website nach der Installation von Real Media Library zu einem Problem kommt. Ohne nähere Details zu kennen, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es sich hierbei um ein Kompatibilitätsproblem mit einem Drittanbieter-Plugin handelt, dass wir gerne für dich lösen würde. Dafür sind wir jedoch auf deine Kooperation angewiesen!
Eine 1-Sterne-Bewertung 28 Minuten, nachdem du das Problem an einem Sonntag in unserem Support gemeldet hast, ist dabei jedoch leider nicht zielführend. Wir sind auch nur Menschen, die sonntags nicht arbeiten und dir nicht in unter einer halben Stunde eine Lösung für jedes individuelle Problem finden können.
Ich habe dir soeben in deinem privaten Support-Ticket geantwortet, damit ich dir bei der Lösung des Problems helfen kann. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du noch mal überdenken würdest, ob eine 1-Sterne-Bewertung gerechtfertigt ist!

Thank you for your inquiry. Real Cookie Banner currently implements the requirements of the EU legislator and the specialties of the German and Austrian legislator. Here – unlike in Italy, where you seem to come from – no cookie policy in the Italian sense is necessary. Therefore, Real Cookie Banner does not yet offer a cookie policy.
But you can add a modal in your WordPress backend under Cookies > Consent > Legal links via a shortcode, where your website visitor can view his current settings including all cookies at any time.
We have an official support for Italy on our roadmap for the coming months. In the course of this there will also be a cookie policy. I’ll let you know here as soon as it’s ready!

Thank you for your feedback. In that case, we can also help you here in the forum.
In general, only so-called first-party cookies can be deleted if you withdraw your consent to Google Analytics 4 via the legal links at a later date. Thrid party cookies cannot be deleted due to security mechanisms of modern browsers. We have explained the difference between these cookie types in detail at https://devowl.io/2021/first-party-cookies-third-party-cookies-definition/.
If you want first-party cookies to be deleted when you withdraw your consent, please make sure that all cookies are listed in the “Technical cookie information” section of the service you created manually and that the option “Delete all first-party cookies after opt-out. First-party cookies are only cookies that are set by or for this domain” is enabled in the section “Technical handling”.
In the PRO version, you find a service templates for Google Analytics 4, that is configured accordingly.

Hi @mjnswp,
Thank you for your inquiry. Copying the BannerPresets.php file is neither possible nor necessary to solve your problem.
Just go to Cookies > Import / Export in your WordPress backend. There you can enable only “Cookie banner customization” when exporting, which will export only the customizations of the cookie banner in the customizer. On your new website, you can import the settings in the same place with just two clicks.

Google Sitekit unfortunately do not embed the services Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. in a way that each service is embedded individually, but all services in one script.
Currently, we have not yet implemented a solution to split the one script of Google Sitekit into its components in order to be able to load the individual services in a privacy-compliant manner after the consent of your website visitors. Consequently, we must unfortunately currently advise against using Google Sitekit if you want to operate your website in a privacy-compliant manner within the requirements of the GDPR and ePrivacy directive.
We will inform you here as soon as we have implemented a solution!

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with Real Cookie Banner.
Each license of PRO version can be activated on one production and one staging website. You can manage your license directly in your WordPress under Plugins > Real Cookie Banner > License or in the customer center at devowl.io/account at any time.
If I assign your case to the correct private support ticket, you by yourself have activated your productive license on your staging website and your staging license on your productive website. I have explained the exact steps on how to deactivate your license in order to reactivate it correctly. We have responded to each of your questions within one business day so far.
Unfortunately, I don’t know how I can help you more effectively or faster. I would appreciate constructive feedback on how we can improve! We would also appreciate if you reconsider whether a 1-star rating for this service is justified.

für dein Vorhaben wäre eine native Integration und Kommunikation zwischen Paid Memberships Pro und Real Cookie Banner nötig, die aktuell nicht existiert.
Dein Vorhaben geht allgemein in die Richtung einer sogenannten Cookie-Wall (Einwilligung oder Zahlen als Alternative). Diese ist rechtlich kritisch zu betrachten. In Deutschland setzen diese viele Verlagshäuser ein, da die Rechtslage noch nicht endgültig geklärt ist. In vielen anderen Ländern der EU wurde bereits festgestellt, dass dies in den meisten Fällen nicht mit den Vorgaben der DSGVO vereinbar ist. Daher bitten wir um Verständnis, dass wir in Real Cookie Banner keine Bestrebungen haben, solche Lösungen zu integrieren.
In deinem konkreten Fall würde ich an deiner Stelle von allen Nutzern Einwilligungen für Google Adsense einholen, aber dann über den von dir angegeben Shortcode nur ausspielen, wenn der Benutzer kein eingeloggtes Mitglied ist.

Right at the beginning of the product description, after the two introductory paragraphs, we explicitly state what types of content the free version is limited to:
In the free version, the folder tree is only available for posts
All features listed below are available for this standard post type in the free version.

A folder can contain any type of file and collections, but not galleries. So if you have any files, which you don’t want to show in a gallery, that’s the structure for you.
If you want to show image in a gallery (see https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/real-media-library-image-galleries-from-folders/), the galleries are the right structure for you. It enables you to show the pictures visually as a gallery within all supported galleries plugins.
If you would like to sort your galleries, a collection is your best choice. It enables you to organize galleries in a structured way. In Real Media Library, it do not have extra features compared to folders, but within supported galleries plugins.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you prefer video over text as it is the easier medium for you to understand. I ask for your understanding that as a very small team we unfortunately can’t offer this medium if we want to provide you with always up-to-date content, as the effort to produce up-to-date content with video is much higher compared to text and images.
The difference between folder and collection is already explained in the product description of Real Media Library:
As you can see from the Real Media Library plugin screenshots (GIFs), it supports three ways to order your files:
Folder: A folder can contain any type of file and collections, but not galleries. To create a subfolder, simply select a folder from the list and click this button.
Collection: A collection cannot contain files. But you can create other collections and galleries there. The above mentioned gallery is only a gallery data folder, which means that they are not automatically placed in your frontend (your website). You can create a visual gallery from this gallery data folder using the Gutenberg editor in your page/post.
Gallery: A gallery data folder can only contain images. It is easier for you to distinguish where your visual galleries are located. You can also drag and drop the images into your own image order.

Real Media Library is generally designed in such a way that its functionality is mostly self-explanatory. For further explanations of the WordPress plugin you can find many tutorials with screenshots at https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/topic/real-media-library/. We prefer to work with text and image tutorials instead of video tutorials because we can keep them more up to date for you. This way you get the information you really need instead of outdated video tutorials.
What exactly do you not understand about using Real Media Library that you need help with? We can answer your specific questions individually in our support!
