    Hello yangjingjing,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that you’re seeing a product show a total of 0 in an order, even though no specific discount is applied to it, and the issue also affects how prices appear on the invoice and order details.

Could you please let me know when this issue started and if the product was previously displaying the correct pricing?

It would also be helpful if you could share screenshots of any discounts you’ve set up. I’d like to check whether any of those might be unintentionally affecting this product.

Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the invoice where the issue appears, so I can better understand how the pricing is being displayed.

Lastly, kindly share your site’s System Status Report by copying it into Pastebin.com and sharing the link here.

I’ll review the details and help you troubleshoot further.

    Best regards.

    Hello gary888,

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes, you can control which products sync to Google. This guide explains how to manage product visibility for the Google channel: Product Feed Information and Free Listings – Channel Visibility.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂

    Hello imillenium,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you’re experiencing very slow navigation within WooCommerce, and noticed an improvement after deactivating the Stripe plugin.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please activate only the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe plugins and see if the issue persists? This will help determine if there’s a conflict between Stripe and another plugin.

Next, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any recent errors. You can share the logs with me using Pastebin.com.

Also, when you experience slow loading, open your browser’s developer console and check for any JavaScript errors. If you find any, please share a screenshot using Snipboard.io and send the link here.

Let me know what you find, and I’ll be happy to assist further. 🙂

    Best regards.

    Hello rojac,

    Thank you for your reply.

In this screenshot, I can see a notice:
This plugin cannot be deactivated or deleted until the plugins that require it are deactivated or deleted“.

Please note that WooCommerce cannot be deactivated while there are active plugins that depend on it. Please deactivate those dependent plugins first, and then proceed to deactivate WooCommerce.

If you face any other issue, share full-page screenshots so I can read the full text of the notices.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello g1usi,

    Thank you for your reply.

If you’re looking for a skilled developer, I recommend exploring Codeable or the WooExperts, where you can find professionals experienced with WooCommerce.

You might also want to join the Woo Community Slack, where many experienced developers and professionals are available to connect and help with custom development needs.

If you feel that WooCommerce has been beneficial to your business, we would be truly grateful if you could take a few moments to leave a review.

Your feedback not only supports our continuous improvement but also helps others make informed decisions about using WooCommerce.

    Have a great day!

    Hello escozul,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please let me know when this issue first started appearing?

I kindly recommend updating them. Doing so can help improve performance, security, and resolve potential bugs.

If updating your live site isn’t feasible at the moment, I suggest creating a staging site instead. This will allow us to safely test whether the issue is related to outdated files without affecting your live store.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello dodog,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue where each WooCommerce update overwrites your custom language file, causing your translated strings to revert to English.

To help prevent this, have you had a chance to review our documentation on creating custom translations? You can find it here: WooCommerce Localization Guide. It explains how to safely store your translations so they aren’t affected during updates.

Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂

    Best regards.

    Hello Carolyn Melo,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you’re currently using the block editor with Astra and found Elementor to be heavy in the past, though you’re open to trying it again.

If you need any further help with WooCommerce, feel free to reach out. For questions related to using shorter product titles or optimizing them with Elementor, I recommend checking with Elementor’s support team or their community forums for more targeted guidance.

    Have a great day!

    Hello zhouchangyi,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you’ve already contacted WooCommerce support about the issue with selecting all countries and saving the settings. It would be best to continue working with them on that specific matter.

As for the issue where Google is displaying Flat Rate shipping instead of Free Shipping, could you please edit the Free Standard Shipping method and share screenshots of the configuration? This will help me understand how it’s currently set up.

Additionally, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, check for any recent error logs, and share the contents using Pastebin.com.

Lastly, please share your site’s System Status Report with me. You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here. This information will help in identifying any hidden issues that might be affecting your shipping settings.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello thecottonshoppe,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you’ve already tested with only WooCommerce active and a default theme, but the issue with the quantity buttons persists.

As mentioned earlier, these buttons are typically styled or customized by the theme. To move forward, I recommend setting up a staging site with only WooCommerce active and the Twenty Twenty-Five theme enabled. This will help me directly observe the behavior and pinpoint what’s causing the issue.

You may use a plugin like WP Staging to set up a staging site.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello klikihak,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you replaced the native WooCommerce widgets with a third-party plugin because the original widgets were slow and reloaded after each action, as shown in your video.

If you’d like to investigate the cause of the slow loading behavior in the original WooCommerce widgets, I recommend setting up a staging site where I can inspect the default setup and determine what’s causing the delay.

    Please let me know. 🙂

    Hello Prithvi,

    Thank you for your reply.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the red banner with scrolling text at the top of your site?

Please note that this forum is focused on supporting issues related to the WooCommerce core plugin. If the banner is part of your theme or added through another plugin, I recommend reaching out to the respective theme or plugin support team. They will be in the best position to assist you further.

Let me know if you’re unsure where the feature is coming from, and I’ll do my best to guide you.

Lastly, as per forum guidelines, I suggest creating a new topic for different problem. This helps in keeping the forum organized and easy to browse.

    Best regards.
