I understand you’re concerned about certain jobs running more frequently than expected, as SiteGround mentioned the wp_1_wc_privacy_cleanup_cron task is scheduled for every 5 minutes, but is triggering every 20 seconds.
To confirm, is this happening on your live site or staging site? I’m asking because the wp_1_ prefix typically indicates the production site. Have you noticed anything similar on the staging site?

I suggest trying the Google for WooCommerce plugin by WooCommerce. You can also use general SEO plugins like Yoast or Rank Math, but they aren’t focused on syncing with Google Merchant Center.

– Object Cache Pro
– WP Mail SMTP Pro
– WP Rocket

From the Plugins page, please click on Settings under WooCommerce PayPal Payments. This should take you to the settings page where you’ll find the option to set up PayPal Sandbox.

If you’re not seeing that option or the page isn’t loading correctly, I recommend resetting the PayPal plugin by following this guide: Reset PayPal Plugin Settings.
Once reset, please try accessing the settings page again. For more information, you can also refer to our complete documentation here: WooCommerce PayPal Payments Documentation.
Lastly, I noticed that your site’s WP Memory Limit is set to 40 MB. Please increase it to 256 MB or 512 MB for better functionality.

I noticed that there are 76 active plugins, which is quite a high number. Having so many plugins active at once can sometimes lead to conflicts and unexpected behavior.
To help isolate the issue, I recommend temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, then testing the functionality again to see if the problem persists.

I can see that WooCommerce shows “Network active”. Have you checked this page where you previously saw the greyed out “Deactivate”. When WooCommerce dependent plugins are inactive, this button should become active and work.

I checked the error logs and noticed a critical error: Allowed memory size exhausted. This typically occurs when the available PHP memory has been fully used.
To help confirm the cause, could you please check if the error still occurs with all plugins deactivated (including WooCommerce) and the theme switched to Twenty Twenty-Five?
In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and asking them to increase the PHP memory limit. This should help resolve the memory exhaustion issue.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. I’ve reviewed them, and everything appears to be configured correctly.
This issue may be related to the other one you mentioned, where you’re unable to save “All Countries” in the Shipping Zone settings.
For now, I recommend waiting for the WooCommerce core issue to be resolved before revisiting this. In the meantime, you can try selecting a different option in the Shipping Settings, save the changes, and then switch back to the “Recommended” option and save again. This may help trigger an update in the Google feed.

I understand you’re seeing several woocommerce_scheduled_subscription_payment actions pending, and noticed that define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true ); was added to your wp-config.php file, which paused the action scheduler until it was removed.
You’re correct, when DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to true, WordPress’s built-in cron system stops working. I suggest you contact your host and ask if they had a server-side cron job configured and was removed or stopped working recently. That would explain why things were working before even with DISABLE_WP_CRON enabled.
