Thanks for the detailed explanation. Let me clarify how things currently work in Eventin and what options are available.
<h3>Zoom meetings with recurring events</h3>At the moment, when you create a recurring event with multiple dates (for example Dec 18, 19, and 20), Eventin generates one Zoom meeting link, and that same link is used for the recurring parent and all recurrence instances. The Zoom meeting remains valid for all defined dates and times, so attendees can join using the same link, and as the host, you simply admit them as usual.
However, a single checkout that covers all recurring dates together is not currently supported in our system. As a workaround, since the Zoom link is the same, you can create a non-recurring single event and clearly list all session dates and times in the event description, like this example:

<h3>Custom logo in purchase confirmation emails</h3>We understand the importance of branding. The Eventin logo has already been removed from our codebase, and this change will be included in an upcoming release.
If you need to remove it immediately, you can do so manually by editing the following file and removing the code between lines 34 to 103:

<h3>Zoom details in WooCommerce emails</h3>Currently, Eventin does not provide shortcode or template tags that can be directly used inside WooCommerce email templates to display Zoom meeting links or date/time details. Eventin sends its own event-related emails, including Zoom information, and we do not override WooCommerce email templates.
That said, Eventin includes its own email automation system, where you can fully customize and control event-related emails. You can manage those emails from here:

Regarding your questions:
For selling a full series of recurring Zoom meetings at one single price, unfortunately Eventin does not currently have a built-in option to bundle all recurring dates under one checkout price. But you can still manage this in two possible ways:
1. Generate Zoom links for each recurring date
You can open each recurring event’s edit page and generate its Zoom link. After that, you can manually send the set of Zoom links to your customer as a single bundle.2. Create all Zoom meetings separately and share them in one place
You can create all your Zoom meeting links first, add them into a Google Doc (or any link list), and then place that document link in the “Meeting Link” field here: https://prnt.sc/3B5tplBUA_jW
After your customer purchases the event, they will receive this link in their email and can access all meeting links at once.About your second question:
The Eventin logo in the purchase confirmation email cannot be replaced through settings. It can only be removed or replaced by editing the template code. We are planning to add a simple logo upload option very soon in an upcoming update.In the meantime, you can follow our pinned post and reach out to us, we’ll be happy to help you through removing the Eventin logo and inserting your own.

Thanks a lot for your kind words!We’ve checked the Zoom integration thoroughly on our side, and we haven’t found any issues, the Zoom “Join Now” link is being sent correctly in both Admin and Customer emails, even after order completion. In your case, it’s very likely that something inside your site is causing a conflict.

In the latest version of WPCafe, we’ve tested the “WPC Food Menu Tab” widget and didn’t find any issues. Here’s a reference: https://prnt.sc/WFTG0J-ZoDsc
Both custom labels and category-based filtering are working correctly, and all assigned products appear as expected.
