M MahbubHi @khoavo,
Thank you for sharing your concern and for the clear explanation.
Just to clarify, this is not a large code change. It is a very small adjustment, literally a couple of words in the display text, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/09RD-Fj6NMG8. Result: https://prnt.sc/CHm7zK_DaTA5 We completely understand your point about not wanting to reapply custom code after every update, and we agree with you on that.
We are already treating this as a high priority improvement. Our plan is to make this text fully translatable so it can be easily handled via Loco Translate or any similar translation plugin, without touching code in the future. That way, you can customize the display text exactly as needed in an automated and update safe manner.
For now, as a temporary workaround, you can adjust the text from the mentioned code location to move forward. In the meantime, we kindly ask for a little time while we finalize the translatable implementation so this becomes a permanent and clean solution for you and your client.
Hope you can understand us.
Thanks again for your patience and for the constructive feedback.
Best regards,
M MahbubHi @hmessing,
Thanks a lot for sharing your experience and for explaining the issue so clearly. I completely understand how confusing and frustrating this can feel.
At the moment, Elementor templates in Eventin are not reusable across multiple events. You need to create templates on an event by event basis. This limitation exists because some required dynamic widgets in Elementor are still under development on our side. Due to this, a single Elementor template cannot yet be created once and reused automatically for multiple events.
For now, what you can do is create a template and apply it to another event, but the title, description, and other event specific content will need to be updated manually each time. We know this is not ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience here.
On the other hand, our Gutenberg templates do support reusability. You can create one template and reuse it wherever needed without having to rebuild or manually adjust everything.
We are actively working on improving the Elementor templating system, and our goal is to make Elementor templates fully reusable in the future. We sincerely hope you can give us a bit more time to complete this development.
If you need any further help then please feel free to let us know. We’ll be happy to help.

M MahbubHi @khoavo,
Got it, we understand exactly what you mean.
At the moment, we do not have a built in option to change how the date and time are formatted in the purchase confirmation email. It is possible to adjust this from the code level, but please note that any custom code changes would need to be re applied manually after each plugin update.
For now, we kindly suggest reaching out through our Eventin landing page so we can review your setup more closely and guide you with a possible workaround or code level adjustment.
We will also pass this feedback to our product team for future improvements.

M MahbubHi @ericknwwd,
Since the button appears with a default WordPress theme, the issue is coming from the Bridge theme. We do not have access to that theme, so we are unable to test or debug it from our end.
Please check our pinned post or the Eventin landing page, and reach out more, so we can look deeper into your site and assist you properly.

M MahbubHi @mxfx,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re facing issues after updates. Could you please let us know which specific bugs you encountered and which plugins you’re experiencing compatibility issues with? If you can share a few details, we’ll be happy to investigate and help you resolve them as quickly as possible.
We’d also like to mention that Eventin is currently very stable, and many of our users are using it happily without such issues, as you can see from our other reviews. It’s possible there may be a misunderstanding or a setup-specific conflict.
Please share the issue details with us, and we’ll do our very best to assist you and get things sorted out for you.
I hope you will share with us.
Best Regards,
M Mahbub
Hi @khoavo,
Absolutely, you’re right 👍 You’ve understood the workaround perfectly.
By creating a non recurring event with a defined start and end date range and keeping the same start and end time, Eventin will generate a single Zoom meeting link that remains valid throughout the entire date range. Even though Zoom itself only displays the first date, that’s completely fine because the meeting link will continue to work for all the included days.
Since the Zoom account is yours, you’ll have full control. The meeting organizer can simply end the meeting after day one and start it again on day two and day three directly from the Zoom account using the same link.
Thanks a lot for your understanding. You explained it very clearly and you’re absolutely on point.

M MahbubHi @ericknwwd,
Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue. Based on the details you shared, it may be caused by a conflict with another plugin or with your active theme.
To help narrow this down, could you please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Eventin and then check the event page again? If the button appears, you can then reactivate the other plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
If the issue still persists after that, please reach out to us again by following the pinned post. We’re always here and will help you as quickly as possible.
Also, if you’re using LiteSpeed Cache, please follow this guide as well, as it often helps resolve similar issues:
