You’ll also find other filters available, such as Sort By, Column selection, and several other display settings that you can customize as per your needs.
This should help you achieve the same layout and proper event ordering.

Regarding your use case it is not possible with our plugin totally but, you can create multi-week interval services by manually setting up day-wise services with specific time slots.
As for the refund, we completely understand your concern. Our refund policy follows the standard process that most companies maintain, refunds are approved once the request meets the outlined policy criteria. Maybe our agent confirmed that you would receive a refund, but we are extremely sorry for the delay. It’s possible that a mistake occurred, your refund request was added to the accounts team’s list but was unfortunately missed during processing, as we handle refunds manually.
We sincerely apologize for this delay and any inconvenience caused. Please accept our apologies, and rest assured that we’ll do our best to make it right as soon as possible. 🙏

We completely understand your concern regarding recurring events and ticket management. For now, we can provide you with a temporary solution that displays both the event name and event date on the WooCommerce order, similar to this example:
https://prnt.sc/bbNu5Eil20ekThis will help you easily identify which attendee belongs to which event date. We’ve already marked this as a high-priority improvement, and you can expect a proper fix in an upcoming update.
In the meantime, if you’d like to use this temporary solution, please let us know — we’d be happy to share a beta version with you.
And the show remaining ticket should work fine, if it is occuring issue on your end then we have to check your site. Please check our pinned post and reach us more so that we can help you more deeply.

Would you please share a screenshot of the text you’re referring to? Also, kindly provide the shortcode or a screenshot of the event listing shortcode you’re using so we can confirm exactly where it appears.

Yes, we do have an option for this! If you are using the WooCommerce checkout shortcode (
[woocommerce_checkout]), you can disable the billing details for event checkout.Please check this setting: https://prnt.sc/Opb8EqDUdHG3
Once you turn it off, the checkout page will be blank for event checkout, and WooCommerce will automatically take the data from the attendee registration page in Eventin. This way, your customers won’t need to fill in their details twice.For now, this is the available option. I hope that helps!
