Sorry you’re seeing that, that’s definitely not expected. Could you please tell me which Eventin version you’re using right now? If you’re on an older version, please update to the latest release, because we fixed this “past events showing as ongoing” bug a few versions back.
If you update and the problem remains, let us know and we’ll dig deeper. If possible, please check our pinned post and reach us more so we can investigate directly.

There are a few possibilities to make the ticket section more accessible on mobile devices.
1️⃣ Custom Template
You can create a custom event template, which we already have support for, and reposition the ticket module anywhere you want (like inside the event content). That way, you can fully control how it appears across all devices and check compatibility.2️⃣ Custom CSS Option
With a simple CSS tweak, you can reorder the layout on mobile so that the ticket module appears above the event details. That means, once the page reloads on mobile, users will immediately see the ticket options.
