    Hey there,

If you’re still struggling, I’d recommend looking at the fatal error logs. You can find those under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. There may be helpful clues in there for you.

    Best of luck!

You’ll only be able to edit the post for a certain amount of time – after that, you’ll need to ask the forum mods to remove it for you. I’ve gone ahead and pinged them via Slack.

    Hey there!

I understand that you’re having trouble saving changes to payment options – to confirm, is that the section under My Account?

The issue roughly started after I have successfully installed and setuped the Viva Wallet for WooCommerce plugin.

You mentioned that you tried disabling all plugins and switching the theme – did you also disable this plugin when testing?

    Hey there,

I understand that you’d like the entire process to happen in Euros but you’d like to invoice in USD. In that case, you can set your site’s currency to Euros and that first part will work correctly.

The second part will require a plugin that can generate invoices. It’ll also require some customization, as those plugins don’t expect to handle a different currency than the one stated in the order. If you need some help with that, I highly recommend contacting one of the services on our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Hey there,

    Thanks for confirming!

The error is generic and while it points to WooCommerce, it’s like a conflict with another plugin (or the theme) that conflicts with WooComerce.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

    Hey there,

Is there any way to grade my customer such as bronze, silver, gold and in each of the grade, there will be different point system, so in the end, every grade have it’s own rank based on points

The first part is fairly easy, you can do this using different user role plugins. Here’s a quick example:
    https://pluginrepublic.com/woocommerce-user-roles/

I’m not sure about the second part, where you’re asking about points. Is the idea that customers collect points (for example, based on order amounts and purchases) and that based on the points, they can move up in the membership rankings?

    Hey there,

I’m creating products with variations, each with their own image. The image changes when options are selected from the dropdown, but I want thumbnails to show all images at once.

Okay, to confirm – each variation has its own image, which does work correctly, but you’d like each product page to have a section that shows all of the thumbnail images at once. That would let customers see all of the different thumbnail images without having to select each variation. Is that correct?

    Hey there,

So basically I had to download the WooCommerce AJAX Cart plugin because my cart would not update the price as you updated the quantity

It sounds like the actual problem here is that your site wasn’t able to update the quantity of products on the cart. Your workaround was to install another plugin which handles the quantity, but now you have duplicate buttons.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. If that’s the case, then you can track down that conflict, have the cart page function normally, and then not need the extra plugin that’s causing the extra buttons.

    Hey there,

I don’t speak Portuguese, but am happy to use Google Translate to understand. Feel free to continue in Portuguese and I’ll respond in English.

hello I have problems with the chechout page enter the button turning infinite and also when I install the cartflow the page works, but there is a syntax error position 0 if someone has a solution, already follow all the recommendations of the woocommerce to solve and I can’t

I tried opening your site and immediately see a white screen with this error: `
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘{‘ in /home2/agatat26/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce.php on line 57`

It’s very likely that there are plugins (Cart Flow, perhaps?) conflicting with WooCommerce. Your best bet is to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and check to see if it works. If so, go ahead and slowly re-enable plugins until you find out which one is causing trouble.

If you can’t access wp-admin to disable the plugins, here’s how to do that via FTP: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

To address the part about the error showing up when you enable Cart Flow, that means there’s like a conflict between WooCommerce, Cart Flow, and other plugins on your site. The best way to test is to make sure that only WooCommerce is enabled and the site works. Then enable Cart Flow – if it works, then keep enabling plugins until you find the one that causes the site to break. If it doesn’t work, you’ll want to reach out to Cart Flow’s support for more help.

    I hope that helps!

    Hey there,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the support page on WooCommerce.com. I’ve found this tends to be an issue with browser plugins so you may want to try a different browser that doesn’t have any customizations installed.

If you’re still struggling, you can contact us via the “I have a question about a plugin or theme I’d like to purchase” on the contact page: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

Please include as much information as you can, for example, the email address that your account is associated with, etc., so that we can get down to helping you more quickly.
