I tested this on the latest version of Chrome on both Windows and macOS. This leads me to believe that there’s something wrong with your Chrome installation. Please reset Chrome to default by following these instructions:

The Twitter Unroll feature should be working. I just tested it using the latest version of both WordPress (5.5) and Jetpack (8.8.2).
I checked your site I found that you have quite a few plugins installed. To make sure that another plugin is not conflicting with Jetpack, you can disable them all (except for Jetpack) and then enable them one by one until you find the one that might be causing this issue.

Please disable all plugins except for Jetpack and see if the error goes away. Then enable them one by one and see if a plugin is conflicting with Jetpack.
I see what you mean. That’s not an issue with Jetpack. URLs cannot contain non-latin characters and therefore they’re displayed like that. However, all modern browsers are able to translate those and display internationalized URLs in their address bar.
Bottom line is that there’s nothing you can do to fix that as this is how the web works. It’s based on standards that cannot be changed to accommodate individual preferences.

If you are using any security plugins, please try connecting with those temporarily deactivated. If you don’t have any, or if that didn’t work, I would suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking them to unblock your site’s XML-RPC.
