Thanks for your reply and help. This is exactly the problem that I am facing now, but the solution is a bit complex and time consuming to me. I have already found a plugin to help me to sort and customize all the categories as I wish, and the problem has solved by this solution.

I checked that point and I found how to manually sort them based on Menu order feature of woocommerce product date. You can on/off the product data modification feature in translated products.

With great thanks to your reply, I found how to solve this issue. You are right, this topic is related to the plugin that I am using to integrate Woocommerce with Polylang which name is hyyan woocommerce polylang integration. There is an option to lock or unlock all the product features when you edit all the products version, no matter if it is original language or the others.
