Hello,
It appears the site is not signed in with DKIM and does not have a DMARC record. Could that be the root cause?
Edit: The issue I am having is when I add a new user, there is no activation email sent. There was one user so far who received a link, but they received an error message “An error occurred adding you to this site. Back to the homepage.” I have tried sending a test email and I am receiving them just fine.
