I have my own account, assigned the same roles as the user and can see the same error: https://imgur.com/a/adbtYTC
I have updated and can confirm that all roles assigned to the user (editor, shop manager, and looks like theres a custom role assigned as well, which is used to grant access to other parts of wordpress like the customizer and menus) have granted access to the membership pro settings. https://imgur.com/Cn2Xry0 Thou even with these settings updated , I’m still getting the error.

The event pages aren’t using Elementor page templates (rest of the site is) but it’s using the default template provided by the plugin.
The client has reloaded the tickets and it seems to appear fine, but I’m not sure why/how that resolved the issue. Is there anything we need to keep note of when adding tickets so we don’t come across this issue again?

Just to clarify, would I need to modify the AWS plugin settings? Do I need to update anything for the Filter Everything plugin?
The errors I see for the Filter Everything plugin as below:
” Possible reasons:
1) Filter’s criterion doesn’t contain any terms yet, and you have to add them
2) Terms may be created, but no one post that should be filtered attached to these terms
3) You excluded all possible terms in Filter’s options. “

Thank you Victor, it looks like it was a plugin conflict with one of the Elementor extension plugins. Updating it fixed the issue 🙂

Yes it is using Custom Field. I had a go at changing the stock status but It is still not filtering. Other 2 filters work fine – it’s just the stock availability I’m having issues with.
Is there anything else I could try? Thanks.

Thanks team, I’ve managed to get the template overriding method working, but I’m unsure what term I should be using to replace the string with.
How do I set the filter name as the string? so I can get the default option to show the filter name (ie. Brand, Filter by, Stock Availability)

Had a look at the .htaccess file, and the <Files> tags were missing for the deny/allow IP addresses. Added these in and worked perfectly.
