We have created the same scenario and checked but unfortunately, we didn’t get any error.
Can you please try once by deactivating your other plugin and themes, maybe some third-party plugin or theme causing the issue.If you’re still unable to solve the issue then please contact our support for better help.

1)Refund approval emails don’t work. When I change the status of the order to refund request approved(from woo commerce/orders), acceptance mails don’t trigger. First refund request mail works but following not. Maybe i miss something.
->>Refund approve mail will only be received at the customer end, so please check this once from the client end.
2)Refund total always calculated with excluded shipping cost. In general refund total must include shipping cost too. Maybe i miss something.
->> If you really want to refund the shipping cost too then please disable the tab include tax with product refund request, then it will work fine.
3)[order number] shortcode in mail templates not compatible with custom order number plugins.It sends wrong order number.
->> Please use the shortcode [order] instead of [order number]
4)Merchant refund notify mail template is broken.Shipping and billing info placed badly in the mail.
->> This seems to be some CSS issue, please check if you can fix it on your own, else you can contact our support for better help.
5)There are strings that not able to translate. Need to edit directly core files.
->>Please use our latest version 3.1.0, we have updated our plugin and make each string compatible.

Can you please share the Error log of the plugin so that we can check. And please also share the screenshot of the issue as well.
And also please check the directory permissions of the cache folder inside the Mautic installation. Navigate to the folder where the Mautic has been set up and follow this path: path-to-mautic/app/. You will get the “Cache” folder there.
The permission should be 777 for that folder. Please check this once.

Our plugin works with all the payment gateways.

No, you don’t need to create each product for each template. You just need to select all the templates you want to show on the product page so that your customer can choose the template according to their need.

Hi, I’m wondering how to change the placeholder (misspelled) “Reason for Retund Request” – it’s not able to be translated.

The refund button is showing up fine on my-account/orders/, but nothing on my-account/view-order/. Both are selected, and I’ve deactivated other plugins, plus the theme. Should it be under the Order Again button?
->> For enabling the refund button there you can go to the refund setting in the admin backend & there you can enable the “Select to show refund button on pages” tab and select the pages where you want to show the refund button.
