In that case, click on the products block on the page and the on the right side you have controls for it. I assume we are talking about the WordPress block editor here.
You are able to select the number of items per page and much more.Hi @lop74
Thank you for being a part of the EDD family!
Can you please tell me what are you using on that page (in the admin), to list your products? Are you using the short-code (which one) or are you using the Block (block editor)?
If you are using the short-code then please check out the documentation here https://easydigitaldownloads.com/docs/downloads-shortcode/. Passing the
numberparameter will allow you to have more control over the number of products displayed.Thank you so much for being with us for such a long time and for trusting Easy Digital Downloads to power your business! Hi @bruno05
please edit the Checkout page via the default editor (not Elementor) and in the contents of the page, change to Code mode and remove everything. Save the page and then edit it with Elementor.
if that still does not work, please open a support ticket with our team at https://easydigitaldownloads.com/support/ and we can take a closer look for you.Hey @yvancg68
I am sorry to hear about that. To better assist you with this issue, can you please open a support ticket with our team here http://easydigitaldownloads.com/support and provide as much info as possible including any error messages/logs you have?
Hey @aminnima2
The issue here is related to old and outdated translation files for the fa-IR language on your website.
You will have to remove the old files from the wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. The 2 files that you need to delete are
easy-digital-downloads-fa_IR.moandeasy-digital-downloads-fa_IR.po.Most likely those translations are incorrect and are causing the error on the website as I can replicate the issue on my end with those 2 specific files as well.
EDD does not do restrictions based on content. Since the EDD Downloads are a custom post type, you will need a plugin or code that will let you restrict access for custom post types. Some plugins require a PRO version to do that.
An example plugin that might work is https://en-gb.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/page-and-post-restriction/ but you need the PRO version for it to be able to restrict Custom Post types.
You are OK with leaving them there. We don’t do anything with them as they have been already migrated.
Hey @jamieburchell
We fixed that as of EDD 3.5.2 so it’s possible that the messages are PRE 3.5.2 version of EDD.
If you still get them while on 3.5.2 or latest version then let us know!
Hey @awecodebox
Can you please open a support ticket with the team via https://easydigitaldownloads.com/support?
This way we can get some more details from you regarding the current setup so that we can give you a more detailed direction on how to proceed.
At the bottom of the page click the Thumb Down image and it will open the support form. Please provide all the requested info as that would help us by having some info about your configuration.
Thanks for the info!
Can you please open a support ticket via the website here https://easydigitaldownloads.com/support/?
This way we can ask some more information to look more into this.
Hi @madinson
Thanks for reaching out!
If you are using the PayPal gateway (which is the PayPal Commerce product from PayPal) this is all handled by PayPal. They decide during the Checkout process if they will show the Credit Card option or not to the user.
It could depend on multiple factors that EDD is not in control like the currency, location of the customer, amounts and perhaps others.
If you can share the URL to your website where I can add something to the cart, I can check if I see the option on my end or not.
Glad to hear that!
