Please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the “Other options” section of the plugin
2. Change backup method: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19FivXT5k9AR3lx5Dus-4BjPCVkC1G63C/view?usp=sharing
3. Save the “Other options” section
4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tmWhen you do that, try to run your backup once again.

Judging by your screenshot, that button is not from our plugin, you are probably using another one from the same category.
I also checked compatibility with WP7.0 – it works without any problems. Tested on two WP test platforms. Please feel free to check: http://demo.tastewp.com/cdp
If you are sure that you are using our plugin, please update it to the latest version, and if the issue persists, please let me know on which exact post type do you see this issue.
