We are having this issue again with another Canadian customer. They are receiving the same spam error when trying to check out. They are using a coupon code (smart coupons plugin) if that matters.
Please let me know how I can prevent this going forward. Our customers are frustrated.

Thank you. I set the cookie setting to Auto. The other options were already set as you suggested.

sorry for the double message — if I clear cache a bunch, I can eventually get comments/the box to show, but we are right back with the same issue when I create a new blog post.

Thanks so much for your response!We do use the Autoptomize plugin, but no plugins to display our images. I turned CleanTalk back on, cleared cache, and viewed the console in an incognito tab. Here is the screenshot of the errors I see: https://ibb.co/Xrhs9SR2.

As for “getting paid”, you should make your plugin a paid plugin if you are that concerned.

In reply to: [Timed Content] Site Down Often – Issue with Plugin?In this instance, we have only been using the plugin since October of last year. So there would be no more than 10 months of data in the rules.
Every day there is one blog post that has timed content active that gives people a PDF for free. This script is on over 200 posts, but only have it active in one post at a time from midnight EST until Midnight PST (so there are 3 hours of overlap)
Would you be willing to take a look and make sure it’s set up correctly from your perspective? Or let me know how to troubleshoot further.
