`The Packlink module performs certain actions in the background. Such actions include refreshing lists of available shipping methods, uploading order details to Packlink, updating order status in a shop, etc.
To check if there is a background action that should be performed the module sends a single web request to itself. This web request is sent once every 5 seconds. It is a very high-performance request that in the vast majority of shops has no detectable impact on performance.
If there is a necessity the module can through a configuration reduce the frequency of the mentioned web request. This configuration is not available to the customer through a configuration panel, instead, the optimal configuration should be set only by a support engineer.
If there is a need to reduce the frequency of this web request (from 5 seconds to the value the client specifies) please check with the client to which frequency he wants to be set, and we will set the optimal configuration for a customer’s hosting platform.

Suite a des surcharge de réseaux certain transporteurs on été désactivés. Mais maintenant ils sont disponibles.
Pour réactiver le service sur votre site il vous suffit de modifier le colis par default sur le module, sauvegarder puis remettre les valeurs initiales.
Colissimo devrait être disponible.
