Thanks for reaching out. Can you please go through the following guide and see if giving access to users based on their roles helps? Here’s the link: [Guide Link]
If it doesn’t help, please send me a screenshot of the warning message your client is getting so that we can look into exactly what it is.

Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to take a closer look at what’s happening. Could you please share a few details so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end?
- Which version of our plugin are you currently using?
- If possible, can you please share a short video or some screenshots showing the issue.
It might also help to check if the issue still happens when you temporarily deactivate other plugins or switch to some other WordPress theme. This can help rule out any plugin/theme conflicts for us to address.
If you’re comfortable, you can also contact us via email at [email protected], or if it’s easier, through the live chat on our website at https://premio.io (just click the chat icon in the bottom right corner). Our team would love to assist you!

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your website (https://strokmatic.com) and clicked on your WhatsApp widget. It redirected correctly to your WhatsApp account. Could you please try accessing it in a private or incognito tab to confirm if the issue might be related to your browser cache?
Also, please note that adding WhatsApp is not a paid feature in Chaty. You can add it in the free version as well.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
PatrickHey @momolv
Thanks for reaching out. If you’re referring to Chatway’s contact form, then yes, it’s possible. You can mark a field as required here to ensure the customer fills in the information before sending you a message.
You can do it from your Chatway Settings -> Widget Settings, and then click on “Collect Visitor’s Info”. Then simply select the checkbox titled “Required Field” under your desired contact field.
Let me know if you have any further doubts.
Best,
Team ChatwayHey @orclyx ,
Could you please share more details on the exact steps to reproduce these messages? If possible, attaching visuals such as screenshots or a short video would be extremely helpful for our team to analyze and resolve the matter more effectively. Any further details which you might think would help us would be great as well.
Rest assured, we’re here to support you and will do our best to get this addressed quickly.
Best regards,
PatrickHey @sponsi
This plugin doesn’t add a sidebar, it makes your existing sidebar stay visible while scrolling.
After installing, go to ‘WP Sticky Sidebar’ -> ‘Settings’ from your WordPress dashboard and fill in the Sticky Class with your sidebar’s CSS ID or class. By default, this is #secondary, but it may be different depending on your theme.
The Container class can be left blank, but if needed it should be the element that contains both the sidebar and the content, usually “#main”, “#main-content” or “#primary”.
You can also use other options such as – adjusting the top and bottom margins, disabling the sticky effect on smaller screens, updating the sidebar height, and more.
Hope this helps.
