We are investigating each of the points you mentioned and will take action as appropriate.If you open a support thread and include the page link with the chatbot we can interact with you better and help resolve all the issues. You can open a support thread from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/chatbot/ . You can activate the chatbot on a single page from the page control settings under the ChatBot general settings and send us the link so the chatbot does not affect your live site.

This plugin can work only with standard WordPress functions. Most likely it was a theme specific issue in your case. Hi,
There is currently no option yet to show the chatbot floating icons after a time interval.
In the pro version, there is Retargeting option to open the ChatBot window after a set time interval or page scroll down and exit intent.
We will consider adding such an option soon.

Not the free version. The KBx pro version and its Ticket addon allows creating tickets from email. Facebook or Instagram are not supported.
