I get no errors under the twenty twenty two wordpress template. I even created a new account and bought an item but I didn’t get the invoice with the twenty twenty two wordpress template.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

I switched the theme to a WordPress standard theme – still not receiving the mail with the invoice.

There are no attachments in the email, it’s only the invoice. I get no errors. If I click on resend email in the WP Mail Logging plugin, I’m receiving the emails, but it’s still not visible in the admin panel, it shows emptiness like you said.

What else can I try?

I increased the memory limit it didn’t help. Using the manual sending function from the order details works.

Thanks for the reply.

The fields are present but they are empty as you see in the screenshots. We‘d like to add a line there so they know where to type the text.
I installed storefront and the fields look alright there.

Hello,

I changed the theme and disabled the plugins one by one – same issue. We‘d like to use this plugin, when it gets fixed and we plan to buy premium in the future.
