I think you can easily accomplish the above requirement using this plugin.

1. Free Product with Coupon Based on Spending Threshold
I think “God of Fire KKP Reserve 2-Pack Sampler” is also a product. Regarding the above requirement, it is not currently possible to fulfill it. I need to add functionality to fulfill it. May I know how many days you can wait for it?

This should scale accordingly ($750 = 3 packs, $1000 = 4 packs, and so on)
As mentioned above, after adding the above feature you can not scale accordingly the amount. But you can add more discount tiers for each threshold. So you can add 6-8 discount tiers for each pack. That way you can fulfill your above requirement.

I checked your website and the system does not store the cookie of this plugin which is wordpress_utm_event_tracker_session. You need to contact GoDaddy support to exclude this cookie key.

It’s great that you don’t have a caching plugin. However, I believe GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting includes a built-in cache feature. You may need to exclude the cookie key from caching through the GoDaddy dashboard.

I think you checked in the same browser. Could you try in an incognito tab? I’m sure the plugin is collecting data correctly.

You can also check in a different browser for better verification. Keep in mind that we store a cookie for 30 days to track whether a visitor is new or returning.
