Hi @vimalwplogin,

We checked this and it looks absolutely fine on your website. For mobile it shows one column. For two columns it will be bad because the columns will be too narrow. Below is a screenshots from my iPhone.

Please let me know if something is not right.

Hi @geleosan,

Please send the following information to support[at]richplugins.com:

1. Direct link to your website page where we can see and reproduce the issue;

2. Debug information from the page in wp-admin: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send it to us.

And we will investigate why your reviews are not updating.

Hi @geleosan,

Thank you for your good question!

Our free and business plugins use only official and allowed by Google APIs. Unfortunately, as far as I know Google does not provide such accessible and permitted methods in case the place has no physical address and you are not its owner (do not have access to GBP).

We guess that other plugins bypass this by web crawling. But we have never used this and cannot, since it is prohibited by Google. We do not want users to be able to take any risks because of our plugins.

Thank you for your opinion, but it is absolutely not true. Are you sure you left this review correctly, specifically about this plugin? Sorry, but I’m not sure.

Please see how, in less than a minute, without any Google API, I connected and displayed G reviews in WP Playground, which you can check right now:

However, if something doesn’t work for you, please use the forum next time to leave an issue, rather than this reviews topics.

Thank you for detailed explanation.

At the moment it’s a feature of the business plugin. In the free slides count depends from parent container width and grouped automatically.

However, we will consider moving this feature to the free version.

Hi @downfall13,

This option is present in the business plugin to allow full customization.

In the free plugin we didn’t add that to leave the opportunity to check that a specific review was really posted in Google and it’s verified.

Yes, right, the business plugin is showing all reviews without any API keys and billing, you just need to download and upload the business plugin after purchase (you receive a delivery email) and connect your reviews through authorization via your Google My Business owner account.
