Did you try to update reviews manually? So, you need to edit your reviews widget in wp-admin on the page Google Reviews / Widgets and click by connected Google place, then click Update reviews button.
If it won’t help, please send to further investigation:
1. Direct link to your business on Google map;
2. Debug information from the page: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send it to us.
For the debug information, please use ‘Pastebin‘ service.

Thank you for your topic.
Sorry, it’s just the old name, we will rename it in the next release to ‘Reviews update schedule‘.
This schedule works automatically only with your own Google API key and it’s starting according to frequency option (daily, monthly etc). However, the new Places API doesn’t return recent reviews, because there’s no sort option by latest like in the old Places API.
To check if your API key supports the old API please go to the page Google Review / Settings / Google and turn on the option ‘Use old Places API‘ on the page. If the plugin doesn’t show the error, you can use it.
However, if you see the error after enabled this option, we recommend to remove the API key and update reviews manually every three days.

1. Direct link to your website page where we can see and reproduce the issue;
2. Direct link to your business on Google map;
3. Screenshot of the issue, how the problem looks like on your end;
4. Most important, debug information from the page in wp-admin: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send it to us.
For the debug information, please use ‘Pastebin‘ service.

The plugin shows reviews images, but in the first time you can display up to 10 reviews. All other questions, please send to our email, because this forum is only for that plugin.
