In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] Backup Delete Rule Not WorkingI am sorry but I am no longer using this plugin. It’s a shame as it served the purpose well, but I cant wait weeks/months to resolve at one answer a week.
The first question you asked already had the answer within my enquiry, however I did reply within 15 minutes. I heard nothing more till a week later. I realise that you only support this plugin once a week and this will not resolve my problem so I have removed it from all my sites and gone with another option.
In answer to your last question, the backups were saved in the generated backup folder. It worked fine and I changed nothing at all and then it just decided it would not delete old backups. This was the case on all sites it was installed on.

Hi,
I have enabled both the debug facility and the javascript console and neither show or report any errors.
I have scanned through your support forum and can find nothing to help
I disabled all plugins and only enabled custom sidebars and still nothing when I tried to create a new sidebarI am at a real loss as this affects both sites I have created.
One is a live site and the other is in developmentDo you have any other ideas?
I am having the same issue on 2 different themes.
I have 1 custom sidebar on 1 site and 5 custom sidebars on another siteI have added no new plugins to either site since and I now have the same issue described above where after clicking ‘Create sidebar,’ the new sidebar does not appear under Custom Sidebars.
I too have tried Chrome, Firefox & IE
Debugger switched on but no message appears
