Thanks for the reply! Somehow, after a week and half, it fixed itself and is working again. No idea what the cause was or anything! Crazy!

If I have between 1-10 conditional fields the form submits but if I have 11+ the form will not submit. This link here has 10 conditional fields, https://massageluxe.com/applications-2/, and the original link, https://massageluxe.com/application, has 23 at this time.
We didn’t have an issue with the forms submitting up until Monday of this week. I haven’t changed anything.
If you have any ideas on what would be causing this, that would be great!

I’m still just trying to figure out why it’s still spinning when it’s being submitted and not fully submitting. Our other form is fully submitting and isn’t stuck spinning after the submit button is pushed.

It’s setup to go to the thank you page and had worked for a year that way. Nothing has changed since the WordPress 6.1 update. Now this one form is just spinning when the submit button is spinning by the other form that we have still submits and goes to the thank you page.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form is not submittingThank you, Takayuki. I figured out what the problem was because of the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. It’s our Post SMTP plugin that is causing the submission to keep circling. Only thing I haven’t been able to do at this time is change our theme to the default theme. I won’t be able to do that at this time though. I’m trying to figure out on their end on what is going on but any more help from you would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form is not submittingThe theme is a custom one. We use a bunch of plugins and they haven’t changed in the past year and half that we have been using Contact Form. Other plug-ins include Akismet, classic Wditor, Display Posts, Easy HTTPS Redirect, Handl UTM Grabber, Max Mega Menu, Post SMTP, WP Super Cache, Yoast SEO.

CallRail says that the Yoast SEO Plugin is caching one of their JavaScript codes and we need to exclude the “cdn.callrail.com” from the sitemap to get their script to run and start working.

I do not understand what exactly they are saying to me but this is what they said:
This is for a company called CallRail.
You need to make sure you have whitelisted the CallRail script from all caching systems you have installed on your webpage?
the DNI is not working so it is likely that Yoast plugin is causing issues. You’ll need to exclude cdn.callrail.com.
Yoast is known to cause issues with our javascript, and this is typically resolved with excluding domain.
