In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Add Parcel Monkey supportHi @disc4 ,
Could you please share a few example Parcel Monkey tracking numbers along with the tracking link format they use? This will help us check compatibility and add proper support for Parcel Monkey tracking.
Best regards,
SatishHi @basvweb ,
It is possible that some Cloudflare settings could be affecting the carrier images in the emails.
As a test, you could temporarily disable Cloudflare and then send a new tracking email to check whether the images load correctly. After that, please let us know the result.
Best regards,
SatishHi @basvweb ,
Thank you for sharing the details and screenshot.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to WooCommerce → Shipment Tracking → Shipping Carriers
- Click the top-right menu (⋮)
- Select “Sync Carriers”
After syncing, the updated carrier images should load correctly in the emails.
Also, based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like even the tracking progress bar image is not loading there. I tested this on our side and the carrier images are displaying correctly in the email template.
Sometimes email clients block external images by default and show a “Display images” or “Show images” button/message in the email. Could you please check if such an option appears in your email client and click it once to see if the images load correctly?
Best regards,
SatishHi @basvweb ,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
Please share:
- The broken image URL from the email
- Your WordPress, WooCommerce, and Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST) plugin versions
So we can investigate this further.
Best Regards,
SatishHi @ritzp007 ,
The “Completed” status is already correctly checked under Shipment Tracking → Settings → General Settings → Order Emails Display.
Could you please confirm:
- Do you add the tracking number first and then mark the order as Completed?
- Or do you mark the order as Completed first and add tracking afterward?
If the order is marked Completed before adding tracking, WooCommerce sends the Completed email first, so the tracking info will not appear in that email.
Also, please share a screenshot of the Order Emails Display setting so we can double-check everything is saved correctly.

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Add TrackingHi @malsyl1239 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Since the “Shipment Tracking” meta box is enabled in screen options but still not visible, this is usually caused by a conflict with the theme or another plugin affecting the WooCommerce order edit layout.
Please try the following quick checks:
- Temporarily switch to a default theme (like Storefront)
- Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and AST
- Then check if the tracking box appears
If it works after that, you can re-enable plugins one by one to find the conflict.
Let us know your findings so we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Mondial Relay Track link errorHi @davileti73170 ,
We don’t currently have access to the relay point or locker postal code in our system. The tracking link is generated using the customer’s shipping postal code by default.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] csv import stuck on importingHi @gilean ,
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please check by keeping only WooCommerce and the AST (free) plugin active, and temporarily deactivate all other plugins to rule out any conflict?
Also, while importing the CSV, please follow these steps to check for errors:
Right-click on the page and click Inspect
- Go to the Console tab
- Start the CSV import again
- Check if any red error messages appear
If possible, please share a screenshot of the console along with the issue so we can investigate further.
Looking forward to your update.
