How can the tag cloud be contained in the left-hand column? I.e. not spread across both columns.

What settings do I have to change to prevent redirection of the sitemap?

When I input the sitemap URL into the browser I am redirected to the homepage. How can I view my sitemap?

In the meantime I am trying to install responsive-menu-pro-4.2.legacy, which is registered on my account. However I get the error message “upgrade failed”.
I have also tried to renew my existing license but get the error message “customer unknown”.
I am getting very frustrated by your website because nothing seems to work.

Yes, it was a caching problem. After clearing the Cloudflare cache the problem disappeared.

The other plugin, WPQuads, is used to position ads at specific positions on the articles and also in the sidebar using shortcodes.
When this plugin is disabled, the same ads no longer are served. However the vignette ads still appear. I.e. It seems that the vignettes have nothing to do with the WPQuads plugin.
It may be relevant that we also have the following code inserted in the header:
