In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Backup FailedCan you post your log using a tools such as pastebin.com?
Hi,
It looks like you are out of space on your Google Drive, so the backup is now not reaching the pruning stage.
You will need to make space/get more quota and manually remove the older backups.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Updraft Bug?Can you take a screenshot of where you are seeing this information?
Can you also post your log using a tool such as pastebin.com?
Hi,
This backup completes with no issue. It is also pruning the backup correctly: https://snipboard.io/w1IeUY.jpg
Is this when you press the “delete old folders” button?
It sounds like you may have a file permission issue, can you check your permissions using this guide: https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Uploading file too largeThe other option is to upload the backup files via FTP to the wp-content/updraft directory of your site and then restore them through the UpdraftPlus interface (you may have to press the “rescan local folder…” link in the backup/restore tab for the backup to show)
Hi,
Apologies for the delay, can you turn the debug off in the settings tab. >> show expert settings and run another backup and post that log?
The ability to dismiss adds permanently is a premium feature.
When leaving reviews, I would urge to think about how useful the plugin is to you and how well it does it’s job (backing up and migrating your site). Leaving a bad review just because you don’t like a nag is not a fair or just commentary on the plugin (you have already said it is nice), If you have a functional issue with the plugin we will do our very best to help you and to fix this.It should not but it’s impossible for me to say for sure without knowing where your staging side resides in your hosting in relation to you live site.
Hi,
Your page is not cached by WPO, this is taken from the bottom of the code that your source code: https://snipboard.io/PeCigb.jpg
I also searched your source code for “page cache” and “cache de page” and it’s not there which leads me to believe it might be your object cache thats doing this.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Plugin reported updated, but deactivated !!Could you make a feature request here: https://teamupdraft.com/support/feature-requests/
This way it will go to our product management team directly. EUM is not on the list so could you select UpdraftPlus instead (in the dropdown)

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Plugin reported updated, but deactivated !!Can you install a debug plugin such as this one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/debug-log-manager/. Your error logs will be needed (I think you will need to contact their support and they will ask you for these)
As you say, the plugin updates ok. Having done some research, you are not the only one having this issue Oxygen Builder (deactivating after an update): https://snipboard.io/27zXxw.jpg
Here is a link to their facebook page where users are having the same issue: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2805386309772446
This is a link to their troubleshooting guide: https://oxygenbuilder.com/documentation/troubleshooting/errors/
The default behaviour of EUM is never to deactivate the plugin after updating unless there is an error. In which case it will rollback to the previous version. I am fairly confident this is an issue with the page builder so you will need to contact their support
Can you post your restoration log from the wp-content/updraft directory of your site?
This should tell us how the restore went and if it completed.
I have not been able to replicate your issue, I have tried with Persian and all the compression/minfy/caching options enabled: https://snipboard.io/hLHCDr.jpg
Can you deactivate your other plugins and see if the issue persists, if it does not can you re-enable them one by one until you find the offending one:
