I am afraid that it against WP forum regulations for us to accept a login.
Do you have the option to “Serve cached pages to logged in user” activated, if so, can you try deactivating this?
Hi,
In the Images tab, under Advanced options, you can “Restore all compressed images”: https://snipboard.io/nkxVYS.jpg
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Plugin reported updated, but deactivated !!Hi,
Can you check your php error logs?
Plugins are normally only deactivated after update if there is an error.
The log says you are out of space on your hosting so the restore could not complete.
You will need to increase your quota/make space and try the restore again.
In the meantime, if you want to stop the re-direct, you can use this guide: https://teamupdraft.com/documentation/updraftplus/topics/migration/troubleshooting/i-did-not-search-and-replace-the-database-what-should-i-do/
Hi,
As we have not heard from you in a while, I am assuming this is now resolved.
Yes please, I would be interested to know.
If you want a recommendation for a debug plugin that means that you do not have to manually enable the debug in the wp-config, try this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/debug-log-manager/
It’s not one of our unfortunately, but I find it incredibly helpful for debugging (I have tried and tested a few and this one is by far the best)
This looks like a conflict between W3 Total cache and Ninja forms, you will need to reach out to their support.
If you are able to (I realise this may not be practicle), can you disable w2 total cache and see if Ninja forms is able to update?
Are you using the premium version of the plugin, if so, can you ensure your licence is fully connected.
Can you also post your php error logs using a tool such as pastebin.com?
You can try adding the following filter;
add_filter(‘wpo_purge_post_on_update’, ‘__return_false’);
You can also set your cache lifespan to 0, so that cache is preloaded only when the cache is emptied
Which theme are you using?
I will test this tomorrow and get back to you
Hi,
I am not able to replicate your issue. I changed the site language to Hebrew: https://prnt.sc/ZT6A7wCwglIb
Can you try deactivating your plugins and switching to a default theme?
It looks like you have nginx caching still enabled, can you try disabling it: https://www.webhosting.uk.com/kb/how-to-clear-nginx-cache-in-plesk/
That’s great to hear, I will mark this as resolved but feel free to get back to us if you experience any further issues
Hi,
I have checked your ticket and it looks like we have corresponding with you in our help desk and you have had a reply today.
It is against forum regulations for us to deal with premium requests here, it needs to go through our support desk. I simply cannot help you here.
