Please note that because of the change made in Facebook API, on April 4th, 2018 the feed will not work even if you are an admin/manager/editor of the page, but it has not been created with your Facebook developer account. So the Facebook page must be created by you only.

Please note that because Facebook API change on April 4th, you can not display/share any information from the third party.
Only the information that is created by you can be shared.

Please note that for solving the issue we needed FTP because the issue may be related to permissions. Only in some specific cases, where we can not solve the issue without it we ask for FTP.

Please click on that section and afterwards go to the Theme. There you will see the available themes please try to choose one of the WordPress Themes.

Please note that in our case there is no issue, could you please try to uninstall the plugin and try to install it again. Make sure install the last version.
Please also double check the settings to see whether everything is set up correctly. (If possible please share with us the screenshot of the setting page).

Regarding third question, please note that only the first image is being shown from the multiple images the other images are being show in the lightbox while clicking in the first image.

Please note that the issue may happen because of the conflict with the flex slider, as we can see it is theme’s slider.
Could you please try to change the theme and see whether the issue will still be there?
