In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Custom cssHI there,
Each field can be a different type of input, so it’s not so straight-forward as to style all fields with one CSS rule. But, for example,
.give-inputstyles a lot of the text inputs. We do have this tutorial that will help in terms of discovering the various class names. Many find it very useful and instructive.
https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/handling-custom-css-in-wordpress/Let us know how it goes or if you get stuck on anything in particular.
Thanks!
Hi there,
That must be a caching plugin doing that. Generally speaking though, we don’t see that exact problem with caching plugins in general. What caching plugin are you using? Here’s what I’d suggest just to confirm though.
– Do a test donation
– Clear your cache via the plugin
– Check the form again. Ideally it’s fresh
– If it’s not, deactivate the caching plugin
– Test againYou should also try this while having your site open in an Incognito window to test whether it only happens when you are logged-in versus logged-out.
Let us know how that goes. Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Waste of time !Hi there,
That’s not a feature that we advertise as available in the plugin at all. It is a feature we’re actively working to implement, and when we do it will be done excellently like all our other features that we do advertise as available.
We do have a way that what you want is achievable, we have a detailed tutorial on it here:
https://givewp.com/create-a-peer-to-peer-give-campaign-with-caldera-forms/Until then, I’d encourage you to try the features we do have and let us know how your fundraising goes — we have 90,000 very happy users now.
Peace to you.
No, that is not possible. GiveWP donations work very differently from Woo purchases. If you are a developer or work with one, you can follow our guide on building a custom gateway here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/developers/how-to-build-a-gateway-add-on-for-givewp/There’s also a recommendation at the end of the article to a freelance developer who can help you with that as well.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Modify to work with GiveWPHi there, I’m one of the co-authors of GiveWP. Thanks for your suggestion. We’d love to see native GiveWP support in Pixel Caffeine.
I am actively working on a GiveWP FB Pixel add-on right now that will extend the FB pixel however it’s been installed, but being able to leverage all the fine-tuned configuration and events that Pixel Caffeine offers natively for GiveWP would be a big boost that I don’t think the add-on will be able to cover in the near-term.
Thanks for the suggestion! Keep us posted team if you plan to move forward.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Elementor ProRegarding Elementor: Yes it can! We even just recently released a free addon to add native Donation Widgets in Elementor. See here:
https://givewp.com/new-free-add-on-givewp-donation-widgets-for-elementor/Regarding Pledgling, which feature are you most interested in there? Here’s a few things that overlap with Pledgeling and GiveWP:
1. If you want to take pledges, you can use our Offline Donations gateway:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/offline-donations/2. If you want to allow people to raise money individually directly on your website, we’re coming out with that feature very soon, it will be limited to the Stripe gateway though.
Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Stripe – PendingHi there,
Can you reach out via our contact form? Please mention the url of this ticket in your message and mention that I asked you to reach out directly.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Stripe – PendingI do need to see the full url. But based on the screenshot it looks like you’re using a sub-folder or the main domain. Something like this:
https://example.org/cause?give-listener=stripeDo you have your website installed in that sub-folder? If not then the webhook needs instead to be:
https://example.org/?give-listener=stripePlease clarify that for me. Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Stripe – PendingHI there,
I know you mentioned the doc, but 99% of the time the answer is exactly in that one doc. Did you properly configure the webhook in your Stripe account? That is what is needed to ensure that your donations are set to Complete correctly in GiveWP once they are processed in Stripe.
Can you triple-check your webhook in your Stripe settings, a screenshot here would be helpful to confirm as well.
Thanks!
Thank you @denspad for sleuthing that! That explains why I couldn’t replicate the problem.
@davidmarek — I just pushed out version 1.1 which fixes this issue. It also adds support for previewing the PDF Receipt row on the donation receipt table, and adds the
give_subscriptionsshortcode if you have Recurring Donations added.Enjoy!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Give blocks PDF-CreationMost likely the problem isn’t that we’re loading it, but that they are loading a different version of TCPDF.
Is this the plugin that you’re having a hard time with?
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-germanized/I’ll see if we can recreate the problem and look into a fix.
Thanks!
We released a new free add-on that will do this for you for all gateways per form. Take a look here:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/per-form-confirmation-pages-for-givewp/Let us know if that works for you.
