Hi there,
That’s the “featured image”. Set that in your form settings and it will appear there for you.
Thanks!
Hi there!
Can you provide your System Info? That’s in “Donations > Tools > System Info”. That would help us replicate the issue to find the source.
Thanks!

In reply to: Cannot add donation level in GiveWPHi @aarontoma — like @t-p said, we’d be more than happy to help you over in our support area. We respond quickly, but we’ll need some more information. The link you provided above goes into your WordPRess admin area — which we cannot access and we DO NOT want to access it so please do not share credentials.
IF you have a screenshot for us, or if you can provide your System Info (Donations > Tools > System Info) then we can be much more helpful.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Per Form Confirmations for GiveWP] Please rename the plugin using “Give -“Hi there! Thanks for the suggestion. I don’t consider it a silly detail at all. Let me explain quickly why I landed on this route:
1. I started building the free add-ons to be examples for non-GiveWP developers to follow. When the add-on is NOT created by GiveWP, then the naming structure I provide here is necessary, even required, by WP.org — you can’t use brand names as the NAME of your plugin. But saying “Per Form Confirmations FOR GiveWP” is legit.
2. But then I ended up making these more official, and then decided to keep it this way anyway in order to still cite them as examples for others.
3. One other small caveat is that we’re slowing changing ALL the names of our GiveWP products to start with “GiveWP” instead of just “Give”, and that complicates this whole thing a bit.
I did NOT consider how the naming would impact site admins in the way you described, but I have experienced the confusion when I logged into one of my own sites assuming this plugin was there and didn’t see it jump out to me in the “Give” section — so, I get it.
I’ll continue to keep this in mind going forward as well though. Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] One of the best pluginsWow. Thank you so much! You’re saying all the things we hope to communicate to our users and all the things we hope to see happen for causes like yours. It’s really excellent. Thank you!
OK, thank you for clarifying. Just to clarify further, you can purchase that Donation Upsell’s add-on individually for $62 annually. On the addon page you can click on “Or puchase just this add-on” and you’ll see these options:

Additionally, we’ve currently discounted all our products by 40% with this code:
HUMANITY-2020which makes it $37.20Lastly, I do want to clarify a little: Generally speaking, this forum and these reviews are for our free GiveWP add-on which powers over 80,000 causes all over the world and is doing a whole lot of GOOD. Given the misunderstanding of our pricing, and that this is about an add-on and not the free product, I’d appreciate re-thinking the rating on this review.
If you have questions about our addons at all, please reach out to us and we’re happy to jump on a call and provide a one-on-one demo too if you like:
https://givewp.com/contact-usHi there, I think there’s a miscommunication somehow. We don’t offer an “Add to Checkout” feature at all — we’re a donation platform not an eCommerce cart system.
Can you clarify what it is you’re testing with GiveWP and how we can help you have success with our plugin? I’m happy to help clarify any roadblocks you’re having.
Glad to hear it! The “Pending” issue is common with Stripe, you have one more thing to do there, and that’s to set your “Webhook” so that Stripe can tell GiveWP what the status is and GiveWP knows how to handle that communication.
See our docs on that here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/stripe-free/Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] No fields showingHi @nonaon — I echoe @gerarducc Can you provide a link to your site so we can see the problem live? That will help a lot in giving me necessary information to narrow down the potential cause of the issue.
HI there,
There’s a lot of variation in how I might potentially be able to help, but with the detail you’ve provided I’d say I need to know a lot more in general before we can isolate what might be many different potential causes.
Can you first make sure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress core are updated to their latest versions? That would help eliminate outdated plugins from the potential cause.
But when I navigate to this Give form on your site, it looks like it’s functioning really well:
https://cincinnatifriends.org/donations/cincinnati_friends_meetingI did a test donation, choosing PayPal as the option and had no problem being redirected to PayPal to complete the donation (which I did not do, but just confirmed it’s working).
So it very well can be that there’s a Gutenberg-related problem on that page you have your donation form embedded on. I’d suggest creating a new page and try embedding with our GiveWP Block and also try using the Gutenberg shortcode block and use our
[give_form]shortcode to test as well.Let me know how that goes for you. Thanks!
I answered an almost identical question here:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/any-way-to-add-a-paypal-button-to-givewp/Please review that and let me know if you have additional questions at all.
HI there,
If you’re using the standard Permalinks, then it should be:
sitename.org/donations/category/category-slugBut you can confirm that in the “Donations > Categories” screen by hovering over the “View” link of your category, see here:

Thanks!
