If you found your business place in Google Place ID Finder you should install this one https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/widget-google-reviews/ (it’s our plugin but not a cloud) and try to find your place just by Place ID (ChIJ…).

The main different between https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/widgetpack-google-reviews/ and https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/widget-google-reviews/ is the first is a cloud solution, the all reviews save in cloud service https://widgetpack.com and second is pure WordPress hosted.
About your issue, please check that you can find your business place in Google PlaceID finder https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-placeid-finder
