Yes, this all supported in Pro plugin, but page with restaurant filter hosted by your we can show only reviews by each restaurant with 4+ filter.
Any way, you can buy Pro plugin and try it, if you don’t want to use it, we just back your money.

Ok, thanks! I understood your question.
Unfortunately, in regular plugin it can’t be made. Because it’s cloud solution (https://widgetpack.com/google-places-reviews) and we just embed this widget in WordPress via JavaScript.
But we have a Pro version (https://googlereviews.pro/) hosted by WordPress. There no depend on any cloud services this keep all settings and reviews (with place) in WordPress database and as a result your can change any php files of this plugin and add this one onclick=“_gap.push([‘_trackEvent’,’reviewread’,’readreview’,’review’]);” to any links.
Please let me know if you want to have more information about Pro plugin.

Please keep in mind that no all Google users have Google+ profile account and we can’t check it because Google, expect profile link (https://plus.google.com/…), does not provide any additional information (exist or not G+ profile). And sometimes there is a problem with such 404 links.
But we have a solution that might suit you. In Pro plugin (https://googlereviews.pro/) we have a option “Disable G+ profile links”, so in this case profile links will not be shown. Please let me know if you want to get more inforation about Pro plugin.
