In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Chat icon disappearsHello @noemizirpoli, if the chat icon appears when the page is loaded and after a while it disappears, probably some other plugin in your website is interfering.
Currently we do not see our chat plugin enabled in your website so it’s not possible for us to troubleshoot.Reasons why chat icon does not appear on your website when page is loaded:
1) Plugin is not active
2) The page you’re browsing is excluded in configuration
3) You’re a mobile user and you configured not to show chat for mobile users
4) You configured chatbox to appear only for logged in user and you’re not logged in
5) Offline messages are disabled and no agent is online
6) Business hours is enabled, offline messages are disabled and office is closedBy default, plugin is active, it appears on all pages, no page is excluded, mobile users are allowed, chatbox appears for any user, offline messages are enabled and business hours is disabled. This should ensure you see the plugin everywhere without problems, so there is nothing to configure to make it work on all pages.
To reset your configuration to the default one, just uninstall the plugin and reinstall it. Should work out of the box for your usage scenario.
Hello @w-sky,
thanks for your test. This confirms end_chat REST API request is blocked for some reason on your environment. We’re trying to reproduce in our test environment.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Live chat with visitorHello @fichimora, you have to enable the option “Enable Manual Chat Initiation” inside General Settings / Advanced Settings.
Consider that this feature will use more resources on your website.Hello @w-sky, from what we see in this log, it seems that REST request ‘end_chat’ is refused as non authenticated: this is quite strange. Messages are using same REST API and they work normally in your environment.
We think that something is interfering with end_chat request.
Are you using some cache plugin?
What happens if user reloads the page? Chatbox is still opened and working or it’s closed? We’ll try to reproduce this behavior in our test environment.
Side note: can you check who is using jquery-migrate.min.js ? That’s a pretty old script and should be not necessary for new themes and plugins.
Hello @w-sky, this is where translate.ww.wp.xz.cn files are downloaded. These gets updated when you update the plugin, so it’s safe to replace them after plugin update. We’re trying to get PTEs for our plugin in all main languages but it takes time. Thanks for your feedback!

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Conflicts with WP Fastest CacheHello @jgomis, we just released version 8.1.5 of our plugin. Can you check if you still have issues with WP Fastest Cache? We tested this cache plugin and we found no conflicts with our chat plugin.
If you still experience issues, open the console in your browser with F12 (chrome/firefox) and go to network tab. Try to load the page of your website you’re experiencing issues with and take note of requests associated to our plugin that returns 304 codes (cache hits). Exclude those urls from caching.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Translation files not workingHello @taschmahal, language pack files are downloaded to wp-content/languages/plugins folder.
You can put there .po and .mo files we distribute with the plugin, so these translations are used instead of published ones.
