  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

We have thoroughly tested this exact scenario on our end—both publishing a new event and duplicating an existing one—but unfortunately, we were unable to replicate the issue. The “General” tab, along with the pricing options, remains visible and available as expected.

Since we cannot reproduce this on a clean setup, it is highly likely that this behavior is being caused by a conflict with your active theme or another third-party plugin.

To help pinpoint the cause, we recommend running a basic conflict test:

    1. Switch your theme temporarily to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four).
    2. Deactivate all third-party plugins except for WooCommerce and Event Tickets Manager for WooCommerce.

      Best Regards

    Hi Vladimir,

It looks like the screenshot you shared might be pointing to a different feature or setup. From what I can see, it seems you might not actually be using our Return Refund and Exchange For WooCommerce (RMA) plugin for that specific tracking functionality.

Could you please double-check and let me know the exact name of the plugin you are using for that “Track” button? That will help me guide you in the right direction!

    Kind regards,

    Abhay-WP Swings

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the error details.

To clarify how the plugin handles this: shipping charges do not apply to event products, as they are treated as virtual products within WooCommerce.

Regarding the fatal error you are seeing (Class "AFRSM_Shipping_Method" not found), the stack trace shows that this issue is originating directly from the third-party shipping plugin (Advanced Flat Rate Shipping for WooCommerce) when it tries to initialize its methods during the checkout process.

Because the error stems from their codebase, we recommend reaching out directly to the support team for the shipping plugin so they can investigate why their class is failing to load in this scenario.

    Hello,

Yes, Subscriptions for WooCommerce is fully compatible with WooCommerce HPOS.

Regarding cancelled or deleted subscriptions, they should be removed from the subscription table only. This ensures that all related records and metadata are cleaned up properly and no orphaned data remains in the database.

For points 3 and 4, we have not received any reports of such issues so far. However, we have noted your observations and will ask our QA/testing team to validate these scenarios. If any issue is identified, we will work on a fix and include it in a future update.

If you are currently experiencing this issue on your website and require immediate assistance, please contact our support team. They will investigate the matter further and help you with a suitable solution.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out!

To get the “Add to Cart” functionality working properly for your event products, please make sure to check the following two configurations:

    • Enable Event Settings: First, navigate to the plugin’s main settings menu in your WordPress dashboard and ensure that the global event settings are fully enabled. If this toggle or configuration is turned off, WooCommerce won’t process the product as a bookable event ticket.
    • Set Event Dates Correctly: When you are creating or editing your event product, double-check that you have configured the Event Start/End Dates and Times properly. If the event date is missing, set in the past, or misconfigured, WooCommerce will automatically disable the “Add to Cart” button or prevent the item from being added to the cart page.

Please check these settings and try updating your product. Let us know if the issue persists after making these adjustments!

    Best regards,

    Hello,

In our free version, there is no feature available for retry payment for pending orders.

As you mentioned, your concern is about duplicate charges. In that case, duplicate charges will not happen, so you can safely update the subscription plugin to the latest version without any issue.

Please update and test it from your end. If you still face any concerns, feel free to let us know.

    Thank you

    Hello,

To clarify, there is no separate payment gateway option to enable in the WooCommerce payment settings. Instead, the gift card works seamlessly with the standard WooCommerce system:

    • How to pay: Buyers can simply enter their gift card code into the default WooCommerce coupon field on the Cart or Checkout page.
    • Redemption: Once the code is entered and applied, the gift card value will be deducted from the order total automatically.
