Thanks for your kind words and for reaching out! I’m happy to give you feedback:

1) The images that are uploaded from the front end are stored in a dedicated folder. I keep them separate as these are coming from unregistered users in most cases. The media library should be kept clean and consists only of (secured) uploads from registered users. Why do you want to move them over?

2) “Date” and “Email” fieldtypes will probably come with a later release (mid priority). For now you could use plain text fields as a workaround.
Btw. you can already use the “User email notification” feature (PRO) to notify your users on successful approval. It doesn’t matter if they are registered or not.

3) Yes, the ability to select which custom fields are “private” will be part of the next release. Probably within the next two weeks.

4) Not planed but you could either remove it via css styles or use the refresh or redirect option (see Setting “Action after submit”).

Hi Phung,

As you might already know it’s possible to notify the Admin on a new incoming proposal as well as the user after their proposal has been approved.

If you want to inform all the users when a new location has been added, I’d suggest using the “Post Status Notifier”-Plugin. With the PRO version it should be possible to inform all users at once. And it works with custom post types as well.
But keep in mind that this only works for registered users.

I’ve not tested the PRO version but I’m pretty confident this would work.

Hi @katjaleonteva,

Your website uses some kind of AJAX loading (the spinning icon on page load). Maybe this leads to problems with the map. Could you please deactivate this (probably a theme setting or a plugin) and see if the map loads?

If this doesn’t solve the issue please deactivate other plugins step by step. In this way we can try to narrow down the problem.

please update to the most recent version (1.2.17). I think I’ve found a bug that happened up only sometimes. Here are the most recent changes of the new release:

• Bugfix: issues with output buffer (yours!)
• Bugfix: JS error with disabled audio upload
• Bugfix: wrong image thumbnail
• Feature Request: new setting to collapse filterbox design (on map)
• Feature Request: display full image in the location edit screen

For the public: After some exchange with @monika777 via email we’ve discovered a bug which prevented sending admin email notifications.

This is now solved with Version 1.2.15
