Thanks for your suggestions! Here are my thoughts on this:

1) yes, I will implement this 👍
2) Alright, I will find a more suitable icon.
3) This would bother every user with a browser message to opt-in location sharing. I think it’s better to keep this optional.
4) I think there are too few usecases for this. Maybe in the future.
5) Is on my list already. Do you experience spam with location proposals?
6) I like this! Will put it on the list of upcoming upgrades 👍

I just checked your website. Looks good to me, no visible errors and adding a location worked as expected. Did you solve the error already? If not, what error message are you seeing?

If you want to use filter just activate “Types”. These are marker categories. Then the marker filtering on the map will be available.

Solved! I’ve added three new capabilities: ‘edit_oum-locations’, ‘edit_published_oum-locations’, ‘delete_oum-locations’

You can assign them to any user role with plugins like e.g. User Role Manager.

This will be released with the very next plugin update.

1. Yes, currently it’s only mp3, wav and mp4 as these are the file formats that are most browser compatible.

2. No, sorry that is not possible. Technically, there would be no one hundred percent certainty that the user actually posts only one single location.

3. Interesting feature indeed! I will put this on the list for a future update.

4. Not yet, but also interesting! Could probably just be another shortcode. I will add it to the list as well.

I’ve just tested it again with no errors. Could you please double check the settings:

Settings > Open User Map > General > Admin Email Notification:

Enable: on
Email address: valid email
Subject: not empty
Message: not empty

Are you using SMTP or PHP mail for sending? Do other outgoing emails work?
