I went to your checkout page, but I wasn’t able to see a 503 error in the console there (or any other errors, for that matter). I checked the cart page as well and tried with both an empty and a full cart, but everything seemed to work fine. Do you still see the error when you visit the page?
A 503 implies that your site’s own server wasn’t ready to handle the request, which we typically only see if there’s something happening on the hosting side of things, like a large spike in traffic or server maintenance. Was your site or hosting provider experiencing heavy traffic when this happened, or was anything down for maintenance then that you know of?
Thanks @kambro. Nothing in your system status report is jumping out as being a likely candidate for causing this issue. Do you know if this issue started after an update? If so, you could try (temporarily) disabling whatever plugin you updated to see if that causes different behavior.
If the issue didn’t start with an update, or you don’t remember when it started, I’d recommend full conflict testing. You can use the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to make this easier. The “troubleshooting mode” of this plugin will allow you to simulate how your site would look and behave with plugins disabled and a default theme without actually changing the site.
These are the steps you should take:
1. Back up your site. Many hosting providers offer a way to do this, and there are plugins such as WP Database Backup that offer this functionality if backing up your database through your host is not an option. This is important to do if you need to update a number of plugins in the next step, but isn’t as crucial otherwise.
2. Update all your plugins and your theme to their latest versions and see if the problem fixes itself.
3. Turn on Troubleshooting Mode in the Health Check plugin by going to Tools > Site Health > Troubleshooting and clicking “Enable Troubleshooting Mode.” Then, while in Troubleshooting Mode:
4. Make sure your theme is set to Twenty Twenty.
5. Make sure all plugins are deactivated, and then activate WooCommerce.
6. Repeat the action that is causing the problem.If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which one is causing the problem, reactivate them one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Are you using the WooCommerce Tax automated tax calculation, or the built-in WooCommerce tax functionality?
Also, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

If you’d like, you can follow along on the GitHub issue about this feature here. The feature is planned, but it has not been implemented yet. There are a few duplicate issues for it as well. You can see all the open issues concerning messenger with the Facebook plugin here.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Diagnostic problems AddToCart eventWe’ve recently reached out to Facebook directly to try to get some clarity regarding the “Invalid Match Key” warning.
While no specific resolution has been provided, we do now know this from their replies:
– This warning only occurs with server to server events (added in Facebook for WooCommerce v2.0)
– It can be the result of a platform issue – which wouldn’t be fixable from within the plugin
– Facebook will not share more specific event data for privacy reasons
– There aren’t any events in the plugin’s logs with missing user_agents or ip_addressesFacebook has assured us that they’re looking into providing more information for this error in a future release, such as showing the affected URL and the parameter and what is wrong with it. They did also mention, however, that even with some additional details, it would not likely be able to be resolved by the plugin, as it can be at the platform level.
They weren’t able to pass along an expected date for release, though did mention that they usually see some features/improvements added after the December holidays.
It seems that at this moment, we’ll need to wait for this release before looking at the Invalid Match Key parameter further.

Hi @kambro, thanks for confirming that the issue is still present with another theme. This would seem to indicate that the issue was due to a conflict with a plugin rather than your theme. In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to customize All Product blockHi @macarrier. There is some limited functionality for customizing the output of the All Products block built into WooCommerce. You can use the “Filter Products by Attribute,” “Filter Products by Price,” and “Active Product Filters” blocks to give customers filter options for the All Products block.
For altering the default output, though, you would need a customization. How were you hoping to customize it? Per our support policy, customizations are outside the scope of the support we can offer, but we have a customizations page with resources for contacting a developer for help. You can also ask about this on the WooCommerce Slack Community or WooCommerce FB group which are great places for customization questions like this if you don’t get an answer in this thread.
