I’d recommend disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme, and then trying to install WooCommerce. Sometimes there are code conflicts that arise during the setup process, but things run smoothly once the plugin is installed. Let us know if that doesn’t work and we’ll go from there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment with PayPal StandardHi @fede84! To clarify, are you saying that that you have or have not received money from the customer for these orders that are pending payment?
If you haven’t received money for them, they are likely the result of abandoned carts. If a customer makes it most of the way through checkout but then does not complete the process after they make it to PayPal, a pending payment order will be created that will cancel itself after (by default) 1 week due to non-payment.
If you have received money for these payments and they are still showing as pending payment, we’ll want to do some deeper troubleshooting. Let us know, and we’ll go from there!

Are you using the most up-to-date version of the .pot file in Loco Translate? Clicking the “Sync” button when you’re looking at a translation of a plugin in Loco Translate will make sure of this.
Do you have any caching on your site? If so, I would try emptying the cache, as that could be a culprit as well.
Hi James! Yes, this is possible. The easiest way to do it would be to use a custom product attribute for this.
As far as showing it on the single product page and shop page, it will show on the single product page without you having to do anything. To show it on the shop page, you would need a customization of some sort. The customization would involve modifying the shop template, which you can read more about that here.

Could that be what is happening here? Do you still see this problem when using a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty?
