Hi @raminjab , to test global funnels, you first need to consider the condition.

Based on the condition, you need to choose a product from your store’s shop, add it to the cart and click on View cart. On the cart page, click on “Proceed to pay,” and if the condition is met, he/she will enter the funnel. Now, since upsell is after the checkout step, you first need to go through checkout, and then the upsell will work.

Do try this, and if it doesn’t work, please reach us on our support, as that would be something we need to help you with the Pro plugin.
