Hi @sparkhelp , I believe you are facing this issue with the LMS Addon which is a Pro addon.
In this case, please reach us in support directly. On your email, let us know exactly when you got this error, i.e., what actions were taken when this error appeared. That will help us try and re-create the situation.

And can you let us know the following?
1. Do you see the grey square when editing the page or while previewing the page?
2. Did you assign a product on the checkout step on the canvas before editing the page?
3. What versions of WPFunnels plugins do you have?Do let us know.

1. Check if you have Divi selected as the preferred page builder in WPFunnels settings
2. Let us know the versions of WPFunnels and Divi you are using.
3. Did you import any template when building the funnel or created the step from scratch?
4. Also, can you share the link to the funnel page in question?
Once you get back to us with these details, we will be able to find out the possible issue.

Hi @thirdeyeblind82 , the upsell and downsell steps are part of the Pro plugins.
The free plugin includes the steps, Landing, Checkout, and Thank you, with the option to add an order bump offer at the checkout, and checkout field editor.

Meanwhile, for the second scenario, if you want non-registered users to be able to place orders on your site, then you have to enable guest checkout in your WooCommerce settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy and there look for the option, ‘Allow the customer to place orders without an account” and it should let them place orders without registering or logging in.

@cagdasacar We are glad your main issue was solved.
In the case of invoices, normally, WPFunnels doesn’t generate any invoices.
Do you use any specific plugin to generate the invoices? And are you looking to uninstall that plugin or remove the invoices it has already generated?
Based on that, we may try to find docs for you. Or the best action would be to the plugin itself at its support. They would be much better at helping you with it.
